advantage of expertise, experience, or special knowledge• This work will be shared broadly for comment and discussion• The UCEDD Admin Group will orchestrate the strategic

planning process

Where will we begin?

Stakeholder Participation

•Committee deliberations – through representation or invitation•Workgroups assigned to specific tasks •Listening sessions / focus groups on specific topics•Providing written feedback

Nearing the finish line….

• Develop a shared vision for the clinics – in the broad categories presented in the earlier figure• Agree upon key strategies to reach the goals and address key

issues identified in earlier steps • Develop an action plan based on the vision and using the

strategies agreed upon (annually) • Finalize a written strategic plan that summarizes the results and

decisions of the strategic planning process• Build in procedures for monitoring, and or modifying strategies

based on changes in the external environment or the organization.
