Unified was founded by our CEO, Pete Scaffidi. His 35 years of industry expertise, allowed him to assemble a core service team of experts that became UDR. He then cultivate strategic partnerships across all phases of disaster resource requirements. This combination of dedicated professionals gives UDR the ability to manage large loss project dynamics and communication requirements while engaging critical resources.

To date, we have performed work in 16 states. UDR successfully supports an extensive commercial client base, including multi-family properties, medical, hospitality, industrial, educational, municipal, federal, and financial institutions. Experienced in identifying and verifying true disaster impact, calculating accurate impact and reconstruction cost upfront, while facilitating critical information sharing and decision-making is one of UDR’s core competencies.

Property owners are updated daily on respective project activities including onsite service logs, serialized pictures of support equipment, detailed usage logs, damage impact photos, daily progress photos, expert test results, and service reports. We make sure the property owner has the benefit of all critical information throughout the project.

We can provide clients guidance when additional funds are needed to complete restoration and construction project activity. UDR also has strong experience with insurance billing and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grants.
