Behavioral interview This method will be used to find out if the

applicant has teamwork skills, time management skills, and people skills

To make sure applicant is telling the truth during interview, we can ask them follow up questions about their stories and how they were feeling

Scoring method Will be a rating system of 1-5 1 meaning poor and 5 meaning excellent

glide while giving a tour Important to make sure applicant can hang glide

for the safety of our customers Scoring method:
