    QUY NH CHUNG

    1.1 PHM VI P DNG

    Quy trnh ny c p dng thc hin cng tc kim tra v bo dng cc

    thit b ang khai thc trn mng VN2 thuc phm vi qun l ca VTN3 bao gm

    cc chng loi router T1600, SR7750, MX960, M320, E320, ERX1410, ERX1440,

    ERX705 v switch ca cc hng Juniper, Cisco, Huawei, Siemens.

    1.2 I TNG P DNG

    i tng vn dng quy trnh bao gm cn b k thut ti t iu hnh,

    xng sa cha - bo dng, cn b k thut v vn hnh khai thc mng VN2

    thuc cc i vin thng v i HCMLT. Ty theo tnh cht, mc phc tp,

    kh nng nh hng n thng tin v yu cu ca cng vic bo dng khc nhau,

    quy trnh c phn cp cho cc i tng nh sau:

    1.2.1 i tng qun l v iu hnh:

    Yu cu trnh ti thiu: k s vin thng, cng ngh thng tin (hoc

    tng ng) qua o to k thut mng IP v thit b mng IP nng

    cao, nm bt cu hnh mng li NGN ca VNPT.

    Yu cu chc danh, n v: cn b k thut thuc t iu hnh, phng

    KTNVH

    Phm vi cng vic: theo di, hng dn v n c thc hin, kim tra,

    tng hp v nh gi kt qu bo dng.

    1.2.2 i tng thc hin bo dng:

    a. Cp 1

    Yu cu trnh ti thiu: k s vin thng, cng ngh thng tin (hoc

    tng ng) qua o to c bn v k thut mng IP v thit b

    mng IP, nm bt c bn cu hnh mng li NGN ca VNPT.

    Yu cu chc danh, n v: cn b k thut ti cc t, trm c qun l

    thit b mng VN2.

    Phm vi cng vic: thc hin cc bc kim tra, bo dng thng qua

    phn cng i vi cc thit b ti trm v tnh trng cng qun l ti ch.

    b. Cp 2

    Yu cu trnh ti thiu: k s vin thng, cng ngh thng tin (hoc

    tng ng) qua o to CCNA hoc tng ng; c kinh nghim

    khai thc thit b mng IP, nm bt vng cu hnh mng li NGN ca

    VNPT.

    Yu cu chc danh v n v: cn b k thut ti t Khai Thc, i

    HCMLT.

    Phm vi cng vic: thc hin cc bc kim tra v bo dng thng qua

    phn mm i vi tt c cc thit b trn mng.

    c. Cp 3

    Yu cu trnh ti thiu: k s vin thng, cng ngh thng tin (hoc

    tng ng) qua o to CCNP hoc tng ng; c kinh nghim

    khai thc thit b mng IP, nm bt vng cu hnh mng li NGN ca

    VNPT; c kh nng x l ng cu c lp

    Yu cu chc danh v n v: cn b k thut t Khai Thc, i

    HCMLT.

    Phm vi cng vic: thc hin cc bc kim tra v bo dng thng qua

    phn mm i vi tt c cc thit b trn mng, qu trnh thc hin c th

    gy nh hng n mng li.

    Lu : Ni dung bo dng cp 3 ch c thc hin khi c s ng

    ca Trung tm v c s gim st cht ch ca iu hnh trung tm.

    1.3 YU CU CHUNG

    Trc khi thc hin cc bc c nguy c nh hng thng tin v an ton

    mng li (ni dung bo dng cp 3) hoc trong qu trnh thc hin c

    pht sinh cc tnh hung nm ngoi quy trnh, i tng thc hin cn

    phi c bo co kp thi cho i tng qun l v iu hnh.

    Ngi thc hin quy trnh cn tun th cc quy nh an ton v mng

    li, thit b v con ngi nh an ton quang, an ton in, an ton c

    kh.

    Ngi thc hin quy trnh phi nm vng ni dung thc hin v tun th

    ng quy trnh.

    Ngi thc hin quy trnh cn nm r cu trc phn cng, vai tr chc

    nng cc thnh phn trong mi thit b v mc ch cng vic trc khi

    thc hin quy trnh.

    Ngi thc hin quy trnh cn ghi chp s sch, nht k y theo

    ng quy nh nh sau:

    - Ghi chp tm tt ni dung thc hin vo s trc ca; ghi y kt qu

    vo h s bo dng theo cc biu mu quy nh

    - Bo co cc trng hp li pht hin c theo quy nh iu hnh

    thng tin v ADG.

    Vic thc hin bo dng cn tun th theo cc quy nh v quy ch hin

    hnh ti n v.

    1.4 CHU K THC HIN

    Cn c vo iu kin thc t ti trung tm, chu k kim tra, bo dng c

    phn loi nh sau:

    - Chu k hng ngy: thc hin 03 ln vo cc thi im tip nhn ca

    - Chu k hng thng: thc hin 02 ln vo cc ngy 14 v 28 ca thng

    - Chu k hng qu: thc hin vo ngy 28 ca thng cui cng trong qu

    - Chu k hng nm: thc hin vo ngy 28 ca thng 06 v thng 12

    - t xut: thc hin theo ch o ca trung tm (p dng cho tt c cc ni

    dung kim tra, bo dng)
