Summary of Experience:
30 years’ experience as President, General Manager, Quality Assurance, Planning, Inspection,
Internal Audits, Corrective Action and Root Cause, FAA Accountable Manager, FAA
Repairmen, Calibration, Production Control, Human Resources, Training, Sales, Purchasing,
Office Management, Accounting and Finances and day to day operations of a Metal Finishing
business. During this time our company expanded from a small job shop to a much larger facility
that offers many specialized services to Aerospace, Commercial, Industrial, Automotive,
Military, Alternative Energy, Medical/ Surgical and FAA Overhaul and Repair. Throughout the
years, I have developed and maintained our facilities entire Quality Management System,
developed technical, internal procedures and strategic business strategy that proved to be very
beneficial in providing us with many approvals from major Aerospace and Commercial and
Industrial, Manufacturing customers that include but not limited to, Pratt and Whitney, General
Electric, Hamilton Sundstrand, Sikorsky Aerospace, Kaman Aerospace and FAA Overhaul and
Repair. During this time our company became an FAA Repair Station, received accreditation and
approval for Aerospace Quality Systems AC7004 and AS7117 Surface Enhancement by
NAPCAP and was held a Federal Firearms License.
My resent experience as Director of Quality Assurance, as shown below has explained my career
to include management of the entire manufacturing process.

Director of Quality Assurance: Duties and Responsibilities: Management, 3rd party, FAA
/PMA, Federal Aviation Administration, ISO, 9001 and Customer audits. Responsible also
include, audit program, equivalency assessment, origination of procedures, update quality
manuals, corrective and preventive action, risk assessment, monitoring trends, management
review, facility assessment, vendor compliance, contact review, purchasing, Hazmat, DEP and
OSHA compliance and training. Supported Engineering staff with the design and startup of new
product lines and procedures. Oversee the daily operations of inspection, production, functional
testing and material. Duties also include, working alongside other department heads in the
planning and troubleshooting process to ensure that our requirements and quality objectives are
achieved.

became a consultant for the new owners:

Include overseeing Production Process Setup, Training, Raw Material Control, FAA Repairmen
and Supervisor, Training of personnel.
Outside Training: FAA 145 Repair Station, Human Factor, Internal Audits, DEP Regulations,
OSHA requirements and received customer specialized training in the Aerospace, Commercial
and Industrial fields.
