Health Risk Appraisal* An online questionnaire asks a range of health-related questions, providing employees a personal report that highlights health risks, and by entering biometric clinic data, specific evidence-based recommendations are generated. An aggregate report is delivered to employers to help analyze employee wellness priorities. The option of adding a comprehensive wellness portal to the HRA provides a more robust wellness approach, with a range of interactive and educational online programs and assessments to address specific health-related issues, aimed at increased and sustained employee engagement.
