In addition to presentations and group sessions, participants are encouraged to devoteaminimumof1-2 hours a day (or 7 hours a week on average)onprogram studiesandprojectcompletion.Q. Is participation in all video conference sessions compulsory for program certification? A. As the video conference sessions are interactive and an integral component of programlearningandskilldevelopment,participationinaminimum of three of the five sessions is a requirement for certification (i.e. one of these three sessions includesthegroupprojectpresentationsessionwhereparticipantspresentandare evaluatedontheircampaignprojects).Q. Do I need to recertify each year to keep my certification? A. No!
