STRUCTURE
• National Board of Directors composed of twenty-one members elected by the Members of the Corporation (Branches) - majority of members have an affiliation with a VON Branch
– Responsible for setting the strategic direction for the organization and approving the national budget.
– Setting national standards, policies and procedures adhered to by all Branches throughout the country.
