And what do we do at PM Program Management at R&D -  Every new car or new Model year is developed in a project. (=Program) -  Each development takes 1–4 years and costs from 50 Million to + 10 billion. -  The program starts with an model intention from the company or an internal

idea and ends 90 days after full production has started. -  The core team is ~20 persons and major programs engage thousands. -  The Technical Project Leader and a few members of the core team are

employed at Program Management.
