Voice of Fetus, Nepal
Today, we are addressing something very close to the heart of God. The issue is not what we want to hear, but what God wants to say. If He is
Lord– if we are His people- we must listen to Him. God is the creator of Children and a lover of children; Satan is a hater & destroyer of
Children, because they have been created in God’s image and they are his weaker and most vulnerable victims. Killing children is his way of
striking out at the very heart of God. If he cannot kill God, the next best thing to him is killing God’s littlest children. By killing those created in
God’s image, he is killing God in effigy. So, it very emergency to listen God and act soon to save the lives at risk.
Opening our ear to listen God.
VOLUME -51 (MARCH -APRIL)
NEWSLETTER DATE: 30TH APRIL,014
VOF listened God and promoting the sacredness of human life
On 6th March, 2014 VOF was invited to
Nehemiah Institute in Lalitpur for the presen-
tation on sanctity of human life in a couple’s
seminar. 7 couples were educated on the sub-
ject. They were given life bags and challenged
to be an active advocate for life.
On 15th March, 2014 VOF was provided
another opportunity to present the teaching
on sacredness of human life among the
students in Ezra training center in Lalitpur.
The class was really productive, though it was
conducted at night because of load shedding.
Same way on 18th March, 014 VOF was
invited by the Christian society of Sankhuwa-
sava in Eastern Nepal for facilitating the semi-
nar on sanctity of human life. More than 60
people were educated in the seminar. Many
eyes were opened and hearts were changed.
On 20th March, 014 VOF was invited by Inter-
national Network -IN to present teaching on
the sanctity of human life among the pastor
and community workers at Dharan Anugrah
Church. The presentation remained very
powerful and productive. Participants were
challenged to be a life-giver in their community
and many of them are doing it so, now.
And very next day after a whole night travel by
bus from Dharan to Katmandu VOF took
another class for the women in the Nehemiah
Institute at Kathmandu. The women received
the teaching with tears and made a genuine
commitment to be a true life-giver in their
family and church.
On 3rd April, 014 VOF grabbed another
chance to present teaching on sexual purity
and sanctity of human life among the youth
gathered in the Pre-marital counseling class
conducted by Christian Home Ministry. At
last, we heard wonderful feedbacks from the
participants and organizer. They were given
the print materials as well produced by GI.
As we have plan to present the teaching on the sanctity of human
life in different Bible collages and seminaries in Kathmandu, we
did it on the kind invitation of NTS on 23rd April, 014. Twenty
five students from the different parts of Nepal were educated by
various visual, oral and printed teaching materials. All the students
received the teaching very seriously and they were challenged to be
an active advocate for the lives at risk by abortion. Finally, life bags
were distributed to each of them for the use of their ministry.
We don’t want just train others only but want to be more trained by other
national and international Pro-life experts too. Just on the month of last
March (24-27), 014, I got a chance to participate a four days training on the
sanctity of human life organized by Life International-US in Siliguri, India.
I was really blessed by learning together with other young leaders from
different parts of South-East Asia. I also grabbed an opportunity to encour-
age others by sharing about VOF. I really had a good time to build relation-
ship with others leader for the sake of His kingdom. Thank you Ps. Nugo & LI.
As we had announced about the new curriculum called ’Voice for the voiceless’ in our last newsletter we have launched it on 29th April, 2014 on
the occasion of Mother’s Day based on Nepali calendar. This first training was happened at Kirtipur Christian Church among the 40 women
participants from different churches in Kirtipur. Some of the participants were non-Christians too. The training was started with the prayer for
the ‘Voice for the voiceless’ curriculum book. After that, the participants were taught about the importance and privilege to be an woman and
mother, about the reality of unborn baby and abortion. The presentation was full of gospel and based on Biblical principles. At last, participants
were led to inner-healing prayer and many of them repented and regretted for their past wrong deeds in innocence. A woman came in front of
all and admitted her sin of abortion with tears saying, “In my innocence I killed my baby of two months. No body told me it is sin and cal me for repen-
tance. Today, I realized that I have done great sin against God, I am a great sinner.” We all prayed for her and assured her for the forgiveness by
God through Jesus Christ. Thank you 10\40 Connections for the curriculum ‘Voice for the voiceless’ and we also would like to thank Mrs.
Gyani Thapa, Ps, Madhu and team for your kind coordination. (Reported by Soman Rai (Elisha) .
