TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Only PDF X‐1A files will be accepted
• Two separate versions are needed: one in French and another in English. No bilingual version will be accepted
• There will be no black plate change. It is still recommended that your texte be black
• Colour : CMYK (No PMS colours);
• Resolution : 300 DPI;
• A clearing (non-bleed) is mandatory for all advertisements of less than a full page, with the exception of covers
• No coupons or any other incentive to cut through the guide will be accepted (ex. Upon presentation of this coupon, receive X offer…)
• Promotions by a verbal mention attesting the client has seen your ad in the Guide are accepted (ex. Mention this ad and receive X
offer…)
• References to detailed packages or offers are allowed
• We strongly recommend a maximum of two pictures per ad
• We recommend a 10 point font minimally for all text
• Tourism Outaouais holds the right of review and approval of advertising content
