STUDENT USER MANUAL FOR ADMISSION PROCESS

Here is the User manual which is going to cover up entire process of the Institute Admission of the students through online process. It’s very difficult and time consuming to conduct every activity offline for any organization. Hence we are moving towards paperless administration process.

FLOW OF ADMISSION PROCESS

Go to URL >>> https://admission.vierp.in/#/home

Enter DTE Application Id to Sign up

Enter valid mail id & Mobile Number

Verify by entering valid OTP

Read all the instructions carefully on the page and

Continue step by step to complete Admission process

Go to >> Admission form

Fill, Save & Submit Application Form,

Document Submission (Offline)

For this step Students has to visit college and Submit original documents

College Authority will verify the Submitted Documents & Notified via mail.

Go to >>> Fees Payment

Pay the College fees as per your desired mode of payment which is available

Students can select any of these following modes of payment:-

a) Offline Payment gateway (DD/Cash) b) Online Payment Gate way (Credit card/ Debit card)c) Indirect Online (NEFT/RTGS)

Once Payment Is Done It Will Be Verified By College Authority &

Notified via mail

Once verification is done by college authority to respective section

GR number is generated which is sent to student via Email

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE ADMISSION:-

To start with the Online Admission process students are requested to use following link - https://admission.vierp.in/

Students are advised to Sign Up first

● Enter DTE Application Id & Sign up

After clicking on SIGN UP, Enter valid DTE Application Id.

Enter valid mail id & Mobile Number, Verify by entering valid OTP.

OTP Sent to mail

After verifying email & mobile Number, student need to set password of his choice.

Students will see the page to fill the application form. Fill the application form

by reading the instructions carefully.Fill the application form by reading the instructions carefully.

Admission Form:-

Fill the Admission Form with your Personal details. Few fields are non ediatable. Please verify those fields. If there is any wrong entry, bring it in the notice of college authorities.

Admission Form which is to be filled by students, looks as below.

Once Application form is filled then save & submit.

Once you submit Application form then it asks you the to confirm submission, as shown in figure below. Click on Submit.

Admission Status:-

Admission status tab will help you to track current status of your Application Form, as shown below:

After successful submission of admission form, student can see the appropriate fees payable to him as per his admission category. Example is shown below.

Next step is physical verification of original documents and its submission. For this visit the document submission counter.

Original Document Submission:-Here all your required documents that have to be submitted by students to the college to complete the admission procedure, are verified and preserved by college. Once your document verification is done, students are notified by email.

Fees Payment:-

For payment of the fees, students can select any of these following modes of payment:-

i) Offline Payment (DD/Cash):

For this mode of payment, you need not to do anything ONLINE. Just visit the appropriate counter and complete the payment procedure.

ii) Online Payment Gate way (Credit card/ Debit card):

If you select this Mode of Payment, you have to fill the necessary details and complete the process of Fees Payment.

Online Payment Gate way (Credit card/ Debit card) page will appear as shown below for card payment.

For Card Payment here are the necessary details of Cards.

Account section will verify your payment and you will be notified through mail.

iii) Indirect Online (NEFT/RTGS):

If you select this Mode of Payment, you need to fill the necessary details of successful transaction (like UTR/ Date of transaction etc.) and capture the photo of successful transaction, once you submit these details, account section will verify your payment and you will be notified through mail

After payment is done by student, College Accounts Authority will verify the fees payment. Once verification done by Account Section students are notified by email.

Along with this he will be sent a mail, where he is provided with his college official email id and his General Registration Number (GR number), which remains same for all years of his tenure.

Next step of admission is DTE reporting, which college will do and student DOES NOT have to do anything.

DTE Reporting:-

At the end DTE Reporting verification is done and message will send to students via email.

In students login, he can always check his Admission Status. When Admission process completed, it will show every steps completed by certain remarks given by college Authority.

Profile Filling by student :

Once the Admission process of the student is completed, then go to Link

Use the Official email id as User Name & Password as GR Number of the student.

Once the student will login with the above credential then the page will appear as shown in below figure.

Go to Admission >>Fill Profile and complete the forms in every section by appropriate information.

The sequence starts with Personal Details and ends with photo for Identity card.

Students are only eligible to down load I-card once he/she completes the filling of profile.

Admission Cancellation Process:

For admission Cancellation, students section will initiate the process of admission cancellation and then students has to fill reason for leaving and bank details and then accounts section will refund his fees.
