The best proof we have, that Osama Bin Laden is dead,

is that his name has been found on the voter rolls in

    Cook County, IL.

    - Anne Coulter

Nothing frightens the far left more than voter identification laws, because it

means the end of fraudulently tipping elections in their favor. This is why it's

critically important to defend the voter id. laws in the 39 states that are

considering or have considered (Virginia) some form of photo voter ID laws.

If our elections are not truly fair-we are not truly free

The choice is a simple one. Liberty or Tyranny

    Honest elections are

    the hallmark of a

    sustainable

    democracy. When

elections are no longerbelieved to be true,

    the people give up,

    thus clearing the way

    for any thuggish

LETS TALK ABOUT ELECTION ANDVOTER FRAUD

Update Republican on Republican Voter FraudTrue the Vote will be providing the Court with dozens of full detailed affidavitreports, containing stunning evidence of election subversion, including:

    Destruction of voters absentee ballot applications and mandatoryenvelopes;

    Illegal alteration of poll books;

    Cross-over and double voting;

Absentee ballots marked Accepted but unopened.

Based on all we have seen -- and all we have not been allowed to see -- we

now believe that unless the Court steps in, illegal voting will go unchallenged, voters rights will be diluted, voters trust will be violated - and an unlawfuland inaccurate election may be certified by the State of Mississippi, saidEngelbrecht.

Apparent Soros Voter Fraud Strategies - 1

    Selective voter registration drives

Identify traditionally close districts and precincts where a small

number of fraudulent votes can have a significant impact (2010

    Coleman/Franken; 2010 Connolly/Fimian VA-11)

Where possible, ensure polling places are run by Democrats, even

honest ones will find it difficult to withstand pressure from partybosses (Republican party apathy to working elections)

Pass Federal legislation that make it difficult for local election

boards to audit registrants (motor voter, same day register/vote,

dump mass registrations at last possible deadline)

Encourage election officials to not clean up voter rolls, (deceased,

felons, students, transfers, non-citizens, multiple registrations)

Encourage party voters to vote absentee or early voting, easier to

control voter choice and to commit fraud

Identify minimal capacity voters for assistance

Harvest votes at nursing homes, retirement and rehab living

    centers

Control Secretary of State offices where ever possible because

they certify elections (Soros SofS project)

Encourage State Attorneys not to prosecute fraudulent voters, place a low priority on such cases, or have judges in place that

give light sentences to those found guilty

Accuse anyone that pushes for a free and fair election of trying

to suppress the vote for minorities, students, old, and poor Remember that Stalin said it is not important who votes, but

    who counts

2008 Virginia Is Not Immune for Voter Fraud

Domicile is a tricky question; we dont consider any one thing. Questions included:

Does the student pay out-of-state tuition? Does the student pay Virginia income taxes ?

Does the student have a Virginia drivers license?

Of Virginias 49,000 new registrations in August, 43 percent were age 23 and under.

2005 ACORN & Project Vote admonished by Virginia SBE

In 2005, the Virginia State Board of Elections admonished Project Vote and ACORN

for turning in a significant number of faulty voter registrations.

An audit revealed that 83% of sampled registrations were rejected for carrying

false or questionable information were submitted by Project Vote.

Many of these registrations carried social security numbers that exist for other

people, listed non-existent or commercial addresses, registered convictedfelons in violation of state law.

information appears to have been altered on some applications where

information given by the applicant in one color ink has been scratched

through and re-entered in another color ink."

    Slide 14

Virginia has successfully prosecuted 38 charges of voter fraud from 2008 election.

In another 194 cases, the state police found likely evidence of fraud, but the local

    Commonwealth Attorneys declined to prosecute.

607,000 people who voted in the 2010 general election, including 117foreign nationals.

Minnesota Majority reported that its investigations of 2008 voter fraud

allegations resulted in 113 convictions, 200 cases pending, 2,800 more

cases not prosecuted because of a stupid state law. Requires admission by

What do the State and Local

    Election Boards Say?

    We dont have a voting

    problem in our county.

    Our voting rolls are fairlyclean.

    We have rules against

    intimidating voters.

    Why would anyone want to

    risk getting caught for voter

    fraud?

Massive Voter Fraud Trial in Troy, NY:

Two veteran Democratic political operatives inTroy said voter fraud is an accepted way of winning

elections, and faking absentee ballots was

    commonplace.

In a 6-3 decision in 2008, Crawford vs. Marion

county Election Board, Justice John paul Stevenswrote the majority opinion concerning the

constitutionality of the photo ID requirement,

"The relevant burdens here are those imposed on

eligible voters who lack photo identification cards

    that comply with SEA 483.

Because Indianascards are free, the incon venience of going to the

Bureau of Motor Vehic les, gather ing required

docum ents , and p os ing for a photograph does not

qual i fy as a subs tant ial burden on m ost voters

r ight to vote, or represent a sign i f icant increase

over the usual burdens of voting.

If the Supreme Court has found that photo IDs are not a substantial burden on voters,

how is it that the Obama administration has determined that it is a burden for

    minorities, poor, old, and students?

What have we learned at this point? Elections matter, especially close ones

If the opposition convinces us elections are corrupt, people will quitvoting, and the opposition wins (notice the oppositions emphasis onfairness/social justice)

Intentional voter fraud happens everywhere and is designed to influencehistorically close races

Main reason given to not pursue voter fraud is because it is such a small

percentage of the overall vote. by design Voter fraud is not emphasized by prosecutors, sentences are lenient fromjudges (positive upside potential, minimum downside risk)

The opposition studied election processes and identified gaps to beexploited (registrations, voter rolls, polling place, absentee voting, counting, etc.)

Most states voter/election laws have developed over time into a patchedwork quilt which makes it easier to attack (different administrations withdifferent goals and objectives)

Opposition raises the specter of suppressing the vote which Americansreact to instinctively

Federal Government Pushing New Voting Rights

    Legislation

    The bills submitted so far:

HR 50: Streamlined and Improved Methods at Polling Locations and Early Voting Act of 2013(SIMPLE) submitted by George Miller (D-Calif.).

This bill would force the states to implement early voting.

HR 280: Same Day Registration Act of 2013 submitted by Keith Ellison (D-Minn.).

This bill would force the states to implement same-day voter registration.

HR 281: Voter Access Protection Act of 2013 submitted by Keith Ellison (D-Minn.).

This bill would repeal all state laws that require photo ID for voting. HR 289: Value Our Time Elections Act of 2013 (VOTE) submitted by James Moran (D-Va.).

Expand the already unconstitutional Election Assistance Commission (EAC) gradually making itthe federal bureaucracy that runs Americas elections.

It would force the states to implement Internet voter registration and even allow digitalsignatures in voter registrations.

It would also mandate that the states implement automatic voter registration, which is

dangerously on the path to universal voter registration. This bill would also prohibit the use of these voter registrations for determining citizenship.

S 9: Clean and Fair Elections Act submitted by Harry Reid (D-Nev.).

This bill, while short on specifics, generally endorses all of the above and could easily bemodified to include the specifics in the House legislation listed above. Like all the bills above,it calls for unconstitutional increases in federal regulations of our elections.

The Seven Stages Of Empire And The Imminent Collapse Of The

    Dollar by Dan Cassidy

    39

Looking back at history their is a very distinct and predictable pattern or progression that all

great empires have evolved through. This cycle of birth and death has happened in every great

empire ranging from Babylon, Rome, Great Britain and presently the United States of America.1st Stage

When a country or empire is in early stages of growth, it starts out with sound money. The currency is usually gold, or something that is backed by

gold or another similar asset or metal. Up until about WWI, the US currency was almost 100% completely backed by gold.

    2nd Stage

When a country starts to develop both socially and economically, it puts more and more pressure on the economy which leads to more social

programs and additional layers of public works. An example of this in American history would be New Deal type social economic reforms that were

implemented after the Great Depression by FDR.

    3rd Stage

As the economy grows in abundance, the political influence grows along with massive increases in expenditures to pay for a growing military.4th Stage

At some point in the course of development of an Empire, the country puts its military to use and the expenditures explode off the charts.

    5th Stage

In order to pay for the costly wars, it is necessary to steal the wealth of the citizens by replacing their sound asset backed money with fiat currency

that can be created in unlimited quantities. The gold standardof the United States was taken away little by little starting with WWI and finally

completely off the standard during Vietnam.

    6th Stage

This transfer of wealth that is the result of expanding the money supply burdens the population through price inflation and by people starting to lose

    faith in the currency.

7th StageDuring the last stage of empire their is a massive movement out of the currency and into other asset classes like metals and other sound and tangible

assets. As this movement out of the currency takes place it starts to collapse and the wealth is transferred into the hands of people who anticipated

the event and knew how to position themselves to prosper.

Its a proven fact that not one country or empire has ever survived once it implemented a fiat

currency into the economy. Over the last 100 years this exact seven stage scenario has played

    out over 30 times!

Presidential Election 2012: Map of Battleground States

    40

The closer the election in Virginia, as well asall the other states, the motivation for voter

fraud will increase, i.e. computer hack in

    Harris County involving absentee voting.

America is now "pre-revolutionary" Former Carter pollsterPat Caddell:

When only 17% of Americans believe the government is

operating with the consent of the governed, it doubles the needto have elections which are free, fair and trusted.

It means election laws must ensure that people believe

election results represent the will of the majority of voters.

It means voting procedures that ensure election integrityregardless of the party in power.

It means that more people need to believe their vote counts,

no matter who ends up winning.

17% is a staggeringly low number.

More people believe Elvis is still alive.

Virginia Voters Alliance -Observations-2 Current lobbying environment in Richmond

The Left stacks committees with people who are willing to speak out Left supports each other in these committee meetings

Outlandish claims are made by the left and not refuted or rebutted by conservatives

Republican committee members do not question leftist propaganda Press reports propaganda as news since no one questioned anything

Echo chamber of major news media begins spreading the propaganda

Few if any conservative voices are there Conservatives are not identified as a lobbying group, leftists use marketing techniques

Conservatives are not well organized or coordinated Building personal relationships with legislators during non-session, non-election times

Behind the scenes writing of op-ed pieces and letters to the editor

    Radio and TV interviews

    Robo calls to legislators

    Email campaigns and protest demonstrations

    None of this happens magically

Single subject conservative groups will barter their support against other conservativeobjectives

2012 Family Foundation opposed or neutral on education reform as long as their agenda wasmet

NRA does not oppose tax increases as long as second amendment bills are supported.

Virginia Voters Alliance -Lessons Learned- Conservatives in general and Tea Parties specifically need a more

professional approach to lobbying our agenda

COLA is definitely needed, bills need to be read, score cards need to bereinforced by in-your-face (John Taylor approach) lobbyists

All Conservative Lobbyists need have a common identification (caps, t-shirts, scarves, buttons, etc.)

Members need to be coordinated in their attendance and message

Local (Richmond area) participants that can respond quickly tocommittee agenda changes

Republican committee members need to be educated on the need toquestion propaganda of the Left; make them justify what they say

Hold Senators and Delegates accountable for their votes

I would like to see a proposal that the Federationconvene an ad-hoc committee to study and make

recommendations on how to address theseopportunities.

Voter ID is Not Only Answer

Other measures are needed to secure integrity of

    elections:

ID for absentee ballots (KS, PA, AL)

Proof of citizenship to register to vote (KS, GA, AZ) (Obama

DOJ agreed GA law not discr. under VRA)

Use of jury summons forms to correct registration records

Participation in new Kansas cross-check program

Database comparisons with federal databases &

    county/state records

Fraud investigation unit at State Board
