Oligochromatographic assays for the molecular multiplex diagnosis of infectious diseases. This unique PCR-based method coupled to a strip device enables an immediate, highly sensitive and specific multitest detection.
The Speed-oligo® kits contain the prepared PCR mix lyophilized and disposable cassettes which house the test strip in a watertight compartment. The user only needs to resuspend the prepared PCR mix and add the extracted clinical sample; after the PCR amplification the rest of the protocol in conducted, in just 15 minutes, on the automated platform Speed-oligo® Workstation.

Quantified positive amplification controls that contain the purified complete microbial genome of the infectious agent. They allow for the amplification by PCR of any desire target contained in the genome. The controls come lyophilized and a resuspension vial is provided within the kit.
