Born in Trinidad & Tobago but raised in Brooklyn, New York, (and later traversing across the East & West coast) Terrance James aka Brooklyn Bond was 13-year-old when he decided to try his hand at rapping. He is the very first artist to tell Christopher Wallace (Bigge Smalls) to do the right thing, while they stood in front the 8ball on Macon and Marcy avenue with mem-bers from the Junior Mafia clique (which at the time attended the same J.H.S as Terrance James whom later became known as Brooklyn Bond. That was a long time from now, and in 2013, he will drop the SKYFALL ALBUM , which featured the sounds like, “Take You Away” and “BURN SLOW” which was a dedication to Notorious B.I.G. In December of that year, as the song "BURN SLOW” passed through the underground, major clubs and 6 radio stations in Afri-ca well received it as well as the Hip Hop/ Reggae culture in England, until a copy of the song ended up in the hands of a London based producer (whom of which worked with artist like Wiz Khalifa). GET HIGH RECORDS announced their signing contracts with the rapper and re-leased the "BURN SLOW" to all major radio stations in Trinidad & Tobago as well as Irie fm in Jamaica in April of 2013. The label has not given this artist new album an official release date but is in negations with V.P. Records for a reggae album release in 2013.

The new Media frenzy is all about “BUGLE” and we all have to agree that his New and Im-proved style is being received with both open hearts and ears. 2013 has been looking not only promising for this now seasoned Artist, but with his new approach to his craft and making it something of what one would call Perfection is ex-tremely evident. The style and quality of Roy Thompson “Bugle” music has always been nothing short of impressive and with us all eagerly anticipating the Debut of his New Album, has peaked everyone’s interest even more for every new release that is done from this artist. Music has always played a very impressionable role in Bugle’s life so there has never been a questionable doubt of the career choice made by him. It is however very rare for an Artist with such incredible talent to be such a humble and calm spirited individual, but it is evi-dent that when it comes to music Bugle goes deep inside where only a person of his knowledge can go then put pen to paper and deliver such riveting and conscious songs that has fans and new comers to his music amazed and speaking of how profound his mu-sic is and the feeling that takes over when they hear him on track. In his most recent work he has released several singles some of which are more familiar than others, but we are now inviting you to be more familiar with them all. He has done a few collaborations with other artist such as Taurus Riley, Popcaan, Alaine and Julian Marley and each track deeper than the one before. Songs such as: Move Dem (Bugle & Julian Marley) - Only Humans (Bugle, Popcaan, Alaine & Taurus Riley) Tears (Bugle) Nuh Compatible (Bugle) Bugle has not just left his fans waiting with nothing to keep them occupied so for those who have not already gotten there copy of his Mix Tape titled “Psalms” you can still grab a copy at www.razznbiggy.com and really enjoy a well selected compilation of songs the artist has done. On a final take Bugle has indeed been covering the world like Google and through his mu-sic has allowed us to see life differently. The video for ‘Nuh Compatible’ is out and is air-ing on Music Vault.

Dancehall reggae artiste Spice, Charismatic, sexy and lyrically lethal are words that could be used to describe the fast rising lady.

Who from her first major appearance at Sting 2000 made it clear that she was in the business to stay. Unfazed by the huge crowd that faced her, she delivered an awesome performance earning four encores in the process. There was no doubt about it, she made dancehall world stood up and took notice.

Hailing from the Old Braeton community in St. Catherine Grace Hamilton aka Spice was an avid lover of music. While attending St. Catherine High School she, year after year entered the Jamai-ca Cultural Development Commission’s (JCDC) festival contest in music, singing her way through the judges hearts and winning a gold medal each time for her school.

Although she was good at it, she never really thought she would end up working full time in the music industry. She was too busy focusing on her school work so much so that she graduated fifth form with all of eight subjects. With a career in chartered accounting in mind and plans to go on to sixth form somewhere along those lines Spice decided she would much rather focus on a music career.

With that decision made she enrolled at the Edna Manley School for the Visual and Performing Arts to do voice and drama Spice got the break she was looking for in 1999 when she appeared on a show Nuffy had at the time on JACS cable called Many Moods of Nuffy. After her exposure she started getting a lot of positive feedbacks from friends and those who had seen her – all en-couraging her to take it up as a career.

She went from singing into dabbling into dejaying and found out she really had the crowd going when she did…it didn’t take her long to focus on where her strength was – as a DJ. In 2000 Heavy D from Supreme Promotions saw her dejaying and wasted no time in giving her the chance to perform at Sting 2000…needless to say his confidence was well merited. Early 2002 Spice went on a tour in England with Ward 21 and Baby Cham.

With no hit to her credit, Spice totally devastated the audience and in the process earned the respect of Baby Cham. He wanted to know why she didn’t have songs flooding the airwaves. She confessed to not having the links to establish herself. He assured her he would introduce her to Dave Kelly when he went back home…a promised he kept and saw her releasing her first single for Mad House, ‘Mi Gone’ on the Pretty Pretty rhythm did well both locally and overseas.

That same year she returned to Sting stage with a performance that left Elephant Man in her shadows! Spice went on to later record ‘Hype’ and ‘Right There’ (with TOI) on Dave Kelly’s Bad Gal rhythm and the videos for them created even more inroads for her. When she released ‘Fight Over Man’ it created a rave in the dancehall.

A ot of female artistes find that pregnancy slowed them down, but not this lady, she took it in strides making her probably the only artiste who worked through her pregnancy, giving birth to her son and six weeks later was back on stage! Being a mother has now changed her career per-spective and that includes being more professional about the business.

She has now release singles like “Twerk”, “Dun Wife” and “Me A Search”

Kemmikal the lyrical Khemist was born Kemar Bennett on November 19, 1986. I originate

from an East Kingston Community known as Dunkirk. While growing up I moved to another

community in east Kingston Jamaica, known as southside in a back and forth process be-

tween Dunkirk and southside. I attended Calabar All Age School, passed my Common En-

trance Exam in 1997 then attended Kingston College. While growing up in east Kingston

Dunkirk, I was influenced by artist like Spragga Benz, assassin, and Greg Hines which played

a great part in bringing out the artist in me. This influence was transferred to my peers and

friends to participate in community and school events such as treats, parties, sports day,

and community talent shows...... I met Dean Cooke (aka Diddy Peng). Diddy Peng then linked

me with caution (his bro) who had started his own record label called Pressure Dem in early

2008. They then came together to release my first single “wats next” the club banger. This

got several rotations on the airwaves, clubs and, dancehalls. We decide to do a video for the

single which was directed by Sojah a duo of Konshens and Delus. With the determination did-

dy peng production, pressure dem records and myself decided to put two ((2) more singles

“I can feel it” and “Get Rich”. We also decided to do another video for one of the singles “I

can feel it” which released in April 2009 on Video Alley (Reggae Top Ten) with Suzie Q.In

2011 Okena carnegie a.k.a sir okena was introduce to me by good friend of mine from den

Dutty Fridaze Promotion recording artiste Gage has built a reputation in the town of May Pen for his dancehall swagger, his brilliant rhymes and high-energy stage performances at dancehall shows all over Clarendon. He recently recorded a new single called Boom Boom which is scorching the airwaves

and winning him a legion of new hardcore dancehall fans. The witty, hard-hitting single

has been released on the Wet N Wild rhythm, and the song has boosted his street credi-

bility because of its aggressive content.

"I build that song on the spot during a clash at a stage show. All the names in it are real,

they are all persons from Bucks Avenue and, up to this day, it has become their favourite

song," he said.

The initial response to the single has been so phenomenal that Gage's management

team shot a video last week, and another one for his labelmate DJ Face who has a song

on the same rhythm.

"The video is sick," he said.

Born Ryan Douglas, this dancehall young blood grew up in Bucks Avenue where he at-

tended Denbigh Primary and Denbigh High School. He developed a love for music during

his teenage years, and that love burns still.

"Nobody in the family does music, I used to go to church when I was younger, but I was

never on the choir, but I used to do the best desk thing and tighten my rhymes till I be-

gan to understand music more," the 23-year-old deejay said.

wild imagination

Once he left school, he continued to work on his craft, constructing songs in his head

and writing them down in ledger books. "Right now, mi have one big old ledger book that

is full, and another is half full. Mi have a wild imagination, mi write about a wide variety

of things," he said.

He got his first break at 16 when he performed at a dancehall stage show in Western

Park in May Pen. He did a catchy song called Nitty Gritty that earned one of the biggest

ovations of the night, and based on that performance, he began to attract a solid under-

ground following.

He continued to hone his craft, dropping his rhymes on a variety of beats, hip-hop beats,

grimy dancehall beats, and even classic one-drop and rocksteady beats.

Now that he has inked a management and production deal with Faada Bulla of Dutty

Fridaze Promotion, he can start to record some of those songs sprinting around in his

brain.

"Right now, ah straight to the top mi ah go, Faada Bulla ah help me accomplish my

dreams, and mi want the world to hear what I have to say," he said.
