Villa Kubu overview
Villa Mandaya Is a private villa designed to accommodate large
families and groups of friends in luxury and privacy.
The villa is inspired by the simple desire to eliminate all the
superfluous, achieving natural order, calm and tranquility.
Generous windows and abundance of glass ensure you to experience
the pleasure of feeling at one with the tropical
surroundings. A beautiful swimming pool interconnects the
pavilions, reflecting its light on the spacious sundeck and
interiors. A perfect garden, showcases exotic plants and foliage
that persists throughout the year. The villas have been
designed and built to provide an extraordinarily beautiful
look.
Blending a touch of Asian style and traditional Balinese
architecture, the villa comes with three bedrooms, threebathrooms.
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with
original paintings and local art crafts.
All bedrooms have King-size bed, built-in cabinet The Master
bathroom contains hand-made bathtubs and walk-in
shower with cold/hot water. Second and third bathroom has
walk-in shower with cold/hot water.
There is one comfortable bamboo sofa and a bamboo table seating
6 and perfect to entertain guests. In the living
area there is 42'' LCD television with cable receiver and
internet TV to enjoy over 50 international channels. The open
kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, climate-controlled
two-door refrigerator, 4 rings ceramic hob, hood, microwave,
blender, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.

About location
Villa Suksan compound is located 900 mt. to Nai Harn Beach, one
of the island's most popular
places with in-the-know locals. This relatively tranquil place
has only a few hotels including the
The Royal Phuket Yacht Club and is a popular anchorage for boats
during the high season.
Further south is Ya Nui, a sandy cove that attracts snorkelers
and divers. Another out-of-the way
spot nearby is the tiny beach of Ao Sane, a great spot for
snorkeling, reached by taking the road
that starts at The Royal Phuket Yacht Club car park.
The Excellent swimming beach of Nai Harn is just two minutes
away, and so are many restaurants,
activities and attractions. A drive of less than 10 minutes
takes you to Chalong Bay and Kata
beach. It's about 30-45 minutes to Phuket's international
airport and to Patong Beach with its
great variety of shops, restaurants, and night life.
