Located between Impruneta and Florence, at the edge of the Chianti Region, Villa Corsini, a pioneer in the events’ sector, hosts and organizes receptions since 1966.

Our mission is to boost an extraordinary artistic and cultural place, through excellence in the field of Receptions.

Our goal is to create and host receptions that meet the needs of our clients: Each Reception must be Unique, since Unique is Each of our clients.

We are makers of dreams, with 700 years of historical history, over the past 40 years more than 420,000 guests attended different events at Villa Corsini, and their satisfaction is proof of our professionalism.

One of the last example of Medicis residence still private, the Villa was decorated between 1630 and 1634 by the Prince Giovan Carlo de ‘Medici with magnificent frescos. The Villa was meant to be a wedding gift to the future wife of the Prince, the Princess Anna Maria Caraffa di Stigliano.

Its interior was painted for the princess showing images of countryside’s gods and the heroic female figure. But the wedding never took place and the poor prince, who then became a cardinal, used such a beautiful and rich villa as a place for banquetings.

That was the period in which Florentine chronicles reports “The Prince’s parties in Mezzomonte obscured in splendour those of the Court.”

Later, in 1644 Cardinal sold the villa to the Marquis Andrea Corsini. In 2000 the Corsini family has started a great work of restoration aiming at bringing back the splendour of the past.

Surrounded by a typical Tuscan countryside, the Villa is located just 7 km south from Florence city centre.

The Villa is a real first “window” facing the Chianti. 360 ° all around reigns the Tuscan countryside: vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees laid elegantly out on the hills, creating a unique setting, largely envied around the world.

Access is comfortable and possible for everyone. The villa can accommodate vehicles of all sizes and therefore it is suitable for any particular requests.

Offering 890 sq. meters divided into 15 halls painted by the Florentine masters of the ‘600, Villa Corsini is unique and inimitable for your receptions. Such a large and beautiful interior guarantees logistics solutions in case of bad weather.

With its 20,000 sq. meters of historic gardens, the Villa offers numerous logistical and organizational solutions, more than any other location in the area of Florence.

The 400 sq. meters of service areas, divided into kitchens, processing, support spaces, dressing rooms, bathrooms etc., allow suppliers to get highly organized and offer the best of their services.

Due to its 40 years experience, Villa Corsini is continuously updated to all new and modern solutions for your events.With electrical systems completely renovated, semi-equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, elegant toilets compatible to the quality of the environment, lay-launch fireworks and heliport, Villa Corsini can compete with the most modern hotel facilities.

In addition, the Villa features two rare qualities in facilities: the interchange ability of space and flexibility.

Villa Corsini has 3 separate car parks, two for guests and one for service vehicles - with a separate and independent entrance for service vehicles.

One of the parking for the guests fits 180 cars/16 coaches, and the second an additional 100 cars. Service’s parking fits 40 places for cars/camion.

The inputs allow the Villa dynamism and flexibility in the creation of the stands and the organization of materials.The entry alley welcomes guests in an elegant setting, and ensures the privacy that your reception deserves.

Fully painted by Pandolfo Sacchi and Pasignano in 1631, The Gallery, with its 215 sq.m. (32m x 6.5m), is one of the most spectacular rooms for receptions in Tuscany.

Able to accommodate a dinner at round tables (max 220 pax), as well as an elegant imperial table (max 110 pax), or an audience for a conference (max 280 pax).

The Gallery can also become the perfect setting for an aperitif or a cocktail, or a unique lounge room.Its slender form, the brightness and richness of the colours of its frescoes, allows for any style, with special arrangements and lights.
