This unique Mediterranean villa boasts approximately 11,000 square feet of marble floors to domed ceilings,
marble terraces, lush gardens and a magnificent pool area.
The master suite of pink marble with a wrap around terrace, encompasses 1000 square feet. A perfect
hideaway, with king size bed complete with sitting room, music, television and views of the ocean.
The en-suite master bath area includes a seven foot marble jacuzzi tub and large shower, both under a skylight
and looking out over the Pacific.
In addition to the sumptuous master suite, there is a VIP suite with sitting area, en-suite bath and garden.
Plus, two other bedrooms, with private terraces and en-suite baths. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and you have the option of enjoying tropical breezes or air conditioning.
Large open arches in the living room and dining room look towards the pool area with a palapa, wet bar, gardens and
the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
A perfect vantage point to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf.
The focal point of the pool area is the extended deck, suspended over the green area and rugged coast line.
Pamper yourself with spa servicesUnwind, listen to the sounds of the Pacific lapping against the rocks while basking in the
sun, or in the shade of a Palm tree while you enjoy spa services. Professional therapists and technicians will come to the villa at your convenience to pamper you with a therapeutic massage, reflexology, paraffin treatments, a facial, manicure and pedicure. (Not included in the villa vacation bid.)
When you wish to leave your private paradise, you are free to enjoy the amenities of La Punta which include a secluded beach
with pool and club house and four lighted tennis courts.
Or you can enjoy the full privileges of one of the world’s most exotic playgrounds, Hotel Las Hadas. This includes the 18 hole championship golf course, 8 lighted tennis courts, club house, pro shop, marina, boating, fishing, water sports, fabulous beach with private tents, lagoon-sized pool and swim up bar.
If boating, scuba diving or snorkeling is your pleasure we will provide all information and gladly make all arrangements. There is also a variety of sightseeing attractions you may wish to explore with a bilingual guide or on your own. (Not included in villa bid.)
