Inactivity and Alert
Weekly, schools will receive an email from the ALSDE ([email protected]). The email will contain a list of students who either have been inactive for 14 or more days or have a grade below a 70 in one of their Term averages.
It is suggested that your facilitator check and communicate the progress of each student listed. The facilitator may look over the shoulder of each student asking the student to click on the Grades button and then the User Progress. (See Below for Instructions).
Students will be removed from this list if
1. The student submits a Drobox, Quiz, or Discussion. Please encourage the student to start working in his or her section.
2. The student needs to be dropped from the section. Please revise the appropriate iLIVE request to drop with grades (Drop w/ Grades) or drop without grades (Drop w/o Grades).
3. The student has completed the section. Please 'Reply to All' and let us know if the student completed the specified section.
