As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we formed the Know Your Rights group some 2 and a half years ago and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his digital radio network.

For those of you keeping track, this is now our 104th broadcast and, as always, we would like to welcome any new listeners to the show and also extend a very warm welcome back all our regular listeners as well.

Those podcasts include discussions on a wide range of topics as well as interviews with many different people from right around the country. We cover topics like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity.

We also deal with the strawman concept, as well as the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously covered.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda out there, especially the stuff surrounding speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", all of that kind of rubbish. Then there's the people who still don't see that 9/11 or 7/7 were inside jobs or those that still don’t truly understand the fraud that is being perpetrated by the banking elite every single day.

And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices and helping to set things right again.

We have covered a lot of information in tonight’s show once again but, obviously, we can’t cover everything. Secondly, we have another disc that is actually a DVD that contains an incredible number of invaluable Law Dictionaries, which our members and listeners have found really helpful when trying to establish the true meaning of words when reading and replying to legal documents.

As, I mentioned earlier tonight, I want to finish off tonight’s show by reminding everyone that our Sydney events are on in less than a month’s time, on the 18th and 19th of March. These will be followed up by the last round of live events that we currently have booked, which are our Gold Coast events, on the 1st & 2nd

of April.

As I mentioned on last week’s show, we just got back from our Perth events and, once again, as we do at the end of every event, Darryl and I have sat down, gone through our workbooks and presentations and made a few small changes that will invariably make the next few events event better than the last two so those of you attending our Sydney and Gold Coast events are in for a real treat.

And, just as a very quick reminder for those of you who are new to our radio show or our live events, the Saturday seminar will cover a detailed presentation on how to successfully challenge all manner of unjust and unlawful fines – including our new sections on Austlii and how to search for relevant legislation and case precedents.

It also includes the new mock court cases section that we have now introduced into those Saturday seminars as well. We will then cover the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution, we touch on council rates and we have our new vaccinations presentation as well. We will then be discussing the banking fraud in great detail, as well as the key document for discharging credit card debts.

We then get into our introductory session on the Strawman concept and then we finish off the day by covering a very comprehensive financial freedom presentation, which has information on the ATO and tax, trusts and self managed super funds and we will also do an introduction to private foundations.

As I just mentioned, we have added in a lot more info to the introductory seminars for this year, in fact, so much so, that the Saturday now finishes at 6.00pm, rather than 5.30pm, as it used to.

Then, on the Sunday, things get really exciting. We start off by covering some advanced person strategies such as detailing the Notice for Discovery/Notice to Produce process, which you can use for ANY future court case you may ever have.

Essentially, we now teach you exactly what to do, the moment you receive a summons. We will then be covering the ins and outs of jurisdiction, how to successfully challenge it and then, for our more advanced attendees, we will actually show you how to put a court into the jurisdiction that you want it to operate in!

We then go into an extremely detailed explanation of the Strawman concept, which picks up where we leave things at the introductory seminar. This concept is such an important, all-encompassing topic that it will set the tone for the remainder of the day’s event so it is vital that anyone attending our advanced workshop has definitely attended our introductory seminar first.

We will then be spending a few hours explaining, step-by-step, exactly how to write letters on behalf of the person, using all the correct terminology, references and statements that Darryl and I have been using successfully for quite some time now.

And, to make sure everyone who attends understands all of those concepts 100% we will be running our advanced mock court cases which will cover all of those new arguments and processes that are covered in that advanced workshop. We will then be covering the important concept of Law v Legal and how private law has been introduced and forced upon us all for quite some time now and, most importantly, what we can do about it.

Then, to finish off the Sunday, we will be going through some really detailed information on exactly how to run a private foundation and how they can be used for all manner of current businesses, for the benefit of both you and the people or business that you currently deal with.

And, in addition to all of the incredible information that we share at these events, you will also get our newly updated 70 page seminar workbook on the Saturday – which includes a copy of all of our PowerPoint presentations, as well as plenty of space to take detailed notes - and those workbooks are professionally printed and bound.

And, as Tony Robbins says, “if you can’t, then you must.” People in this country need to understand how close we are to it being “game over” – once those chips go into your arm, that’s it, it’s simply too late. So, rather than saying, “I can’t afford to take 2 days off to attend these events”, instead say “I MUST find 2 days to attend these events because I can’t afford the consequences if I don’t!”
