Trigger code to copy fastcall items was not working properly, using Oracle Optimizer 11g. After rewriting of trigger code, the functionality works proper.Fastcall items, not copied in past will be copied, if at least one Menu Item will be inserted to any role in A.30.01. If allyour Menu Items in all roles are already present, just delete one Menu Item out of any role and reinsert afterwards.

Fields Pos and Sub are updateable now when your change the configuration and execute re-query. In previous release you have to go back to the main menu reopen R.30.01, query the requisition, double click on the field “Req Number”, and find line item you will update.

Screen A 60.37 Customer CIPs/Forms/Reports New CIP procedure ”approve_req_by” is implemented in the package “M_PCK_REQ_CUSTOM”.

This function is called from the screen A.20.49 Approval Sequence when checkbox “Approved” is set, so you can control whether the requisition can be approved by specified approver.

Screen A 20.49 Maintain Requisitions

Only CIP procedure ”approve_req_by” from the package “M_PCK_REQ_CUSTOM” is called when you set checkbox “Approved”. So you can put your custom logic in this procedure in order to validate approval process. Error dialog will be displayed when the validation fails.

When the requisition has been approved by all persons procedure m_pck_req.approve_req is called. This procedure calls CIP procedure “approve_req” from the package “M_PCK_REQ_CUSTOM”.

Table m_end_comm_items was changed. This changes are now implemented to this report too.

Problem solved, that position attributes imported via FLC did not get the correct data type assigned.

When copying data in screen R.30.01 for requisitions or their line items this now also works for the attributes that can be displayed optionally.

This patch solves the problem with unique constraint violation during MTO-job. Under certain circumstances MTO-job will not be terminated any longer with error during insert into table m_used_values.

A separate grid is provided in the tab page to enter the keywords for a class. The keywords can be added, modified or deleted. The keywords appear as per the sequence of entry. Duplicate values of keywords are not allowed. Also blank keywords are not allowed. The keywords entered are stored for the class and language. The maximum length for a keyword can be 4000 characters.

A new component has been implemented which determines the uniqueness of the property values, evaluating them against all unique keys (UK) defined for the class. The unique key for the articles is defined in “Assign properties” for the class. While saving the data from MAV, the new values or the modified values for the articles are validated for uniqueness. Null values are also considered.The UK validation setting at the class level is done as:1. Continue2. Warning 3. ErrorIn case the class level setting refers to Continue then the article values are not validated for uniqueness.In case of Warning, the articles are validated displaying a warning message for the duplicate data and the data is saved.In case of Error, the articles are validated displaying an error message for the duplicate data, and the duplicate values are not saved.

When a bid is submitted in the eSupplier portal and the project default ZP_QD_EA is not filled, an error occurred while sending the email.Now in this case the email will be sent addressed to the buyer of the quote.

When revising a document in screen P.70.81 the document comment is now only taken over if the comment is not "RETURNED".

The list of values for documents has been tuned.

When assigning a document to a VDR via feature 'Populate selected' the same document related values arenow taken over as when selecting a document from the LOV that has already been assigned to another VDR.

After a query has been entered in the multi-selection LOV of screen P.80.22 the buttons in the lower part of the screen are now available again.

When splitting tags in screens such as P.70.72 it is now ensured that tag number and commodity code are in sync for all item types except for rule SWT. This synchronization is necessary for the OMI to work.

- Import of tag long description is now possible.- A new template file EP-TPL-704.xls is delivered as an example how to include the field #TAG_LONG_DESC#.

The forecasted delivery date within the expediting dates isno longer marked as having been set manually when assigning an item shipment to a release note. Thus it is ensured that the setting of an actual date leads to a complete recalculation of the forecasted dates.

This is only relevant if you are working with extended expediting.

When an agreement is created based on a quote summary the documents that have been assigned on quote detail level are now taken over to the correspondingagreement line items.

When an inquiry supplement is created the requisition lineitems that are added newly are now ordered by position and sub position (and proc sequence respectively).

With the new project default ZP_EXP_ROS you control who is responsible for the required on site date on item shipments.

If the project default has been set to 'N' (default) the ROS date coming from engineering requisition is used as required on site date on item shipments in all cases.

If the project default has been set to 'Y' the required on site date is managed by the expediter. I.e. only the first time an item shipment is created the value is taken over from the engineering requisition. But from that time on it ismaintained by the expediter and then kept for all subsequent change orders.

The date related information concerning MCSs, IRCs and release notes is now kept when reversing the approval of an agreement.

Expediters will no longer experience interferences with milestone tracking when switching the routing method of item shipments in P.70.72 Expediting Details.

Planning links are now propagated consistently upon creation of COs for subcontracts that are subject to milestone tracking (i. e. linked to a planned requisition).

The problems concerning the VDR Transmittal process and the RETURN process are fixed.

Screen P.30.22 Commercial Evaluation now allows you toenter evaluation notes for another bidder immediately after notes have been entered and saved for any other bidder with the same sequence number. So far you had tore-query before being able to do so.

When importing packages with Excel using template PCK-IMP-701-NEW.xls and choosing 'Immediate Update' to update tag numbers the import will stop in case of an error and the error message will no more appear continuously.

P.50.01 Agreements

When creating a new agreement in P.50.01 Agreements: Window 4 you find the new button <Supplier LOV>. If you push this button a new window opens that shows all suppliers you can fill in the field 'Supplier'. This is an addition to the LOV of the field 'Supplier' with much more information.

Furthermore in this screen there is the new checkbox 'ListAll Supplements'. If this checkbox is checked the LOV of the field 'Template Agreement' shows all supplements of the agreements. If the checkbox is unchecked only the highest supplements of the agreements are shown.

P.50.07 Maintain Agreements

But SPRD does not understand ‘MATCH’ and it is splitting the spec items on multiple lines. To fix this issue package code SP3D_UTL has been modified.

User has to specify a value for config items SI_SCHEUDLE1_ATTRIBUTE & SI_SCHEUDLE2_ATTRIBUTE in SP3D 10.01 to specify that ‘MATCH’ value has been specified for schedule attributes in S 50.06.

The spec transfer will no longer abort If GTYPE information is missing for some short codes, the processing will continue and a message is written to the log.

- The build ident functionality for a complete spec in S.50.06 Window 2 can now be started in batch mode using the Scheduler functionality of SPMat. Depending onthe project default ZX_BTH_OPT the build ident is startedin online mode, batch mode or the user can choose between these modes and set a schedule. - Before and after the batch job the following CIPs are executed: m_pck_ident_custom.pre_batch and m_pck_ident_custom.post_batch. - The batch jobs started from S5006 can now be seen in A.60.84 Scheduled Jobs (A6084 can be called directly from S5006 using the FASTCALL functionality).- A.60.84 also offers the possibility to show the log files byusing the new button ‘Show Log File’.- There is now the possibility to serialize build ident jobs by using the Oracle Database Resource Manager as outlined in the attached document. (RESTRICTION: This will be only possible when unsing the Enterprise Edition ofthe Oracle RDBMS software).

It is now possible to assign symbols (either in G.10.02 Part Symbols or G.10.03 Commodity Symbols defined) to a spec either on header or item level.The assignment on header level is done in window 1 on the tab page ‘Specification Symbols’ while the assignmenton item level is done in window 4 on the tab page ‘Specification Item Symbols’. A larger image of the symbolcan be displayed by pressing the ‘Show Symbol’ button onthe respective tab pages.

Symbols are also included in the revision management and in the specification copy process (S.50.05/S.50.07).

Multiple spec copy module S5051 will also copy the symbol information (as long as the symbols are defined in the product group).

Several fields were increased to match actual data descriptions.

We have corrected the check procedures of the issue quantity in C2021. Now it works also for revision > 0 correct.

Due to changes in the database, this report got obsolete. Database changes have been implemented.

The report was adjusted to several database changes. Additional, new site quantity field were added. Restriction of the assignment of warehouses to the user, starting this report was deleted.

It is possible to change the Release Note Number and thePackage Number after saving the header.The fields are only updateable, if the revision = 0, Posted Date is not set and no detail records exists at block Inventory Receipts.

Short and Long Descriptions in Header of Material Issue Screens can be saved.

Improved performance of screen C.30.02.

The screen C.20.34 Maintain Equipment has functional changes.At first block, the user is able to enter tags by picking froma multi selection list of values by inserting a record and pressing the LOV Button. Screen C.30.01 Forecast Run:A new Button with Text “Alert me!” was added to the header. If this button is pressed, the Screen C.30.01.05 FR Shortage MRR Notification appears.If “New Run” is pressed and an E-Mail Template Set exists for the current Forecast Run, a message comes up.The user has to decide whether the Template Set can be cleared or not.

Screen C30.01.05 FR Shortage MRR Notification:At the header of the screen, the fields Forecast Code, Run Number, Type and Job Status are displayed. They are only for information and cannot be updated. The EmailTemplate Set and the notification time were also shown and can be updated. These fields must have a value, if anEmail MRR Notification should be used. The Email Template set is administrated at screens A.10.51 Email Templates, A.10.52 Distribution Categories and A.10.53 Email Template Sets. At field Notification Time, two values can be selected. Send mail on save MRR line means, on every insert of a MRR List Position will be checked, if the received ident is on this forecast run and has a forecast shortage (The Sel Indicator of the responsible List Node has also to be checked). If this is the case, an Email is generated and sent to the user that exists in the Email Template Set. On every MRR line insert, a separate Mail is send.Send Mail on Post MRR means, at every posted MRR the Email Notification is checked. How to create an Email Template SetAt Screen A.10.51 an Email Template can be administrated. The Template Type Forecast Shortage MRR Notification has to be used.

We have corrected the calculation of the “R to Iss Qty” in case of a revision > 0.
