There is the new field 'Approval Document' as well as 3 new buttons <Upload>, <View> and <Remove> in the scroll area of the screen.With these buttons you can upload, view and remove documents for each approval user additionally to the document for the complete approval list at the bottom of the screen.

The performance when querying users with SOD violations has been improved.

Correction of attribute value validation for numerical attributes

System now prevents entering the value % for a project default if the project default is restricted to a list of allowedvalues that doesn’t contain the value % itself.

Correction of exception handling when changing project default.

When using the role concept buttons are now disabled even in case all checkboxes (No Insert, No Update, No Delete) have been set on block level in the second window of screen A.30.03, block “Application Role Menu Blocks”.

Likewise fields are not displayed in case all checkboxes have been set on block level.

So far buttons were nevertheless enabled and fields were displayed although indicators “Disabled” and “No Display” respectively had been set.

In case of project default zb_nonull=Y, BOM loads could result in a wrong order seq on list node values creation.This has been corrected.

Correcting a problem on B2003 multi-position-tab. When duplicating a position attributes could be filled with value ‘./.’ instead of NULL.This has been corrected.

This patch is to enhance the SPMat BOM Intools interface.

A new function CUSTOM_UDF_CUR_STMT has been added to package M_PCK_INTOOLS_CUSTOM.The purpose is to allow customers to take over composing the specific SQLPlus statement that is called by m_pck_intools_bom_import. Users should let this function return NULL - which is the standard delivery - if this customization is not necessary for them.

Depending on the node that is currently selected, the popup-menu on the node tree is now enabling/disabling menu items considering the following rules:

If the node is locked by another user, released or of a different discipline you can do no data manipulation.Hence the following menu items are disabled (greyed out):

Add Root Node, Add Child Node,Delete Node, Cut/Copy-Paste,Populate from PLL,BOM Procedures/Macro,Attach Documents

Option 'Populate from PLL' is disabled also, when the hierarchy is fixed and PLL Units and Lines to be copied are not - as per the hierarchy - defined in B.10.07. Project defaults ZB_LS_UNIT, ZB_LS_LINE must be defined also.

Option 'Add Child Node' will be enabled even if the parent node is of a different disciplinebut not otherwise locked as described above.

Menu items which are not manipulating data (List Download, Refresh, Expand All) are not affected.

After the checkbox RfA is set there are 3 options to add an attachment to the email for the approver:

1. If you have defined an attachment using the procedure append_approval_document in MAR_CUSTOM the specified file will be sent. 2. If no file has been defined in that way some informationof the object will be sent within an automatically created and attached .txt file. 3. If you do not want any attachment to the email you haveto define a dummy file using the procedure m_pck_email_send_rec.store_approval_file_name within the procedure append_approval_document in MAR_CUSTOM as follows: Enter any file name and additionally the pattern 'No attachment' as comment, e.g.: m_pck_email_send_rec.store_approval_file_name('INQ', inq_id, NULL, NULL, 'Dummy', 'D', 'No attachment'); In this case inq_id is the ID of the inquiry, the comment 'No attachment' (must be written exactly like this) indicates that no file will be attached to the email.

When entering an ident manually in folder 'Line Items' the quantity unit will be checked the same way as using the LOV for selecting the ident.

In screen R.30.01 you can now assign other costs to requisition line items. To do so you have to double-click on the position number in the second window. This will open a third window where you will find a tab folder “OtherCosts” at the end.

Other costs that are entered here are retained through theworkflow. This means that these other costs are later taken over to the quote details and/or agreement line items.

In this context a new CIP is also provided. It is procedure “distrib_other_costs” in package m_pck_account_custom.It is called whenever other costs are automatically assigned to quote details or agreement line items and when assigning other costs to requisition line items in screen R.30.01. It is meant to be used to distribute other costs on line item level over the assigned account codes. The CIP is called per requisition/agreement/quote and should then process the data on line item level. Per default no code is executed. Sample code has been provided.

A new option ‘Proxy Settings’ in ‘Administration-> Options’menu containing the proxy options is implemented. User can choose (select) and save these settings. These settings will be saved.

These settings will be used in CMS Internet Browser during the automatic import of the component from Thomasnet website (in URL validation stage).

When user creates classes manually in a class system, corresponding mapping in SP3D 10.04 is created if item mapping is not available for the corresponding class system, if the sheet is mapped.

When user updates classes manually in a class system, corresponding mapping is updated in SP3D 10.04 if item mapping is available for the corresponding class.

The manually changed data will be preserved even when job is canceled. This fix solves TR-MA13930 too. Also theunreported problem was fixed that D on spec rule sheets reported problem in FILL_IF_TABS log, while PMC sheet is not even included in the job.

Note, that all existing sheets in the destinations will be marked as transferred to inventory during migration. To avoid this, cancel all jobs that have not yet been completed in 7.1.0 before migrating to 7.1.1.

The optional short code field was moved at the end of the column list because entries are only exceptional. The LOVs and screen data is now ordered by S3D value and PDS value. The S3D value field was made updateable, somappings can be changed more deliberately. The comment field was made queryable and the Enter-Query-LOVs now disappear in data entry mode.

The mapping is now project dependent as requested by customer. The migration will insert the existing option code mappings for each product group in the DB.

The pds procedure INGR_PDS_S3D_OPTION_CODE was changed to work with the new table structure. Also the procedure will prefer project mappings. I.e. if the sameS3D value is mapped to different PDS values in product group and project, the project relation will take precedence if logged in to the same project. If logged in toPG, the PG setting will be taken.

The procedure can easily be copied and used in order to update other codelist numbers that appear in the PCD. Only the cl_name value needs to be updated, and the fieldname where the value should be stored. For example in case of green endstandard, the cl_name needs to be "CL576" instead of "CL400" and the column name in the PCD table is "ts1", and not "opt". The same way can be used for the other values.

It is now possible to update supplier attributes via OSCI. So far this did not work because of a wrong limitation on project data.

Application no longer errors out on "Copy Sheet"

avoid this, cancel all jobs that have not yet been completed in 7.1.0 before migrating to 7.1.1.

The verification results grid in S3D transfer screen of SPRD+ displays an additional column to classify the message level, if it is an error, warning or an informationaloutput only. The results can be easily selected by autofilter based on the type of message.The hotfix includes change for CR-MA24182, so RequiredColumnValuesMissing report will also consider values starting with '!' as empty and mention them in the result.

Implementation--------------

The message type column was added in the verification results display. The sp3d rules package was updated, so optional sheets in the report on missing spec rules are now alerted as warning type, no longer as error. The rest of the classification in this report was not changed, so when a sheet is not in the export but it is in the destinationalready, then user will get this feedback as information type of message.

By the way, the ejd_id was added to the verification result table, and the values are filled in the report output of missing required columns. So each result row has a unique id (together with the sheet catgory) that identifies the row in exported data where the problem was detected.For the missing spec rules report, the ejd_id is empty, because this report is not checking data on a row level.

Fix for TR-MA23740 solves the issue, that for succeeding subsheets, the xls_row was not continuously increased. This could cause problems in the analyze bll stage.

Furthermore in the load API/write Xlsx mode it is now possible to use plain sheet names without trailing index assubsheet. This was working with classic XLS generation already before.

For example "PipeStock" and "PipeStock[II]" are valid subsheet names, when they follow each other in config sequence to the effect that no other sheet (e.g. "GateValve") is between them. (However the stepsize of sequence number is not fixed, e.g. "PipeStock" could have 14614 and "PipeStock[II]" may come at 14735.)

- Copy SP3DUtility.dll and SP3DUtilityRun.exe over the preceding versions with same name on the app server. Locations can be found querying the values for BL_EXE_PATH_N_NAME and BL_EXE_PATH_N_NAME_NET in SP3D 10.01.- The TR-MA23740_m_pck_sp3d_analyze_bll_711_1.pkbneeds to be started in an SQL tool connected as m_sys.

Performance tuning for query of Spec Item Idents and PDMS export.

Now the quries were optimized in order to load the grid in less than 5 sec.

In the import process, the zip file downloaded shall have an additional file XLS which is the S3D Part Class Sheet. The zip file shall consist of maximum of 5 files. The corresponding validations with/without configuration file are updated.

Creation of Part Class Sheet in SP3D 10.02 and SP3D attributes in SP3D.10.03 is implemented.

A new Document Type ‘CMS SP3D SHEET’ is introduced as a valid value for the attribute ‘CMS_DOC_TYPES’. The import can be of two types of imports: a. Import resulting in further S3D mappingb. Import NOT resulting in further S3D mappingNew custom package is introduced. At-least one of the occurrence attributes’ shall be added in it in order to import S3D attributes. Then, the import is considered as the one which results into further S3D data creation and mapping.

The S3D attributes are created corresponding to the classproperties. A new column is introduced in class properties grid. The S3D occurrence attributes present in XML file which are imported as class dependent properties as a part of structure import are made editable.

The S3D sheet data is created corresponding to the imported classes. This data is created for those classes only corresponding to which class dependent properties isprovided in XML. The S3D sheet corresponding to a classis shown in the Add/Update Class dialog. The corresponding column in provided in bulk edit classes grid.

The SP3D occurrence attributes present in XML file will be imported as class dependent properties as a part of structure import. New CMS elements are introduced to map with new XML Elements ‘NAME’ and ‘VALUE’ respectively for manual import. The mapping for these elements will be available for the standard structure configuration ‘INGR_TIN_STR_CONFIG’ with revision 0. New custom package is introduced. At-least one of the occurrence attributes’ shall be added in it in order to import S3D attributes.New column is available in class dependent properties, which maps the class dependent property and the S3D attribute.

A convenience feature has been added to P.70.74 Packages, tab folder “With Release Notes” – for detail tags created during packing activities in this tab folder it is now possible to divide the item shipment quantity across multiple packages.

On top of the screen P.2003 Questionnaire: Window 2 you find the new button <Documents>. Pressing this button a new window opens that shows the highest revision of all available documents. Calculation of forecasted dates in P.60.01 Tagged Items Planning, P.60.03 Requisitions Planning and P.60.05 Milestone Explorer no longer displays a misleading MAR-30102 message (i. e. “Milestone calculation terminated because project calendar is exceeded”) in situations where the forecasted date of the initial milestone(s) of a milestone plan cannot be determined due to lack of data (i. e. no actual date and no planned date available on the respective milestones).

In folder 'Milestone Summary' the value of the field 'PeriodProgress Value' now will be calculated correctly even if a new supplement of the agreement with different total costs has been created.

If the transit days of a routing method are changed in screen P.10.53 the dates of all item shipments using this routing method are adjusted accordingly provided that they have not yet been assigned to an approved release note.So far this meant that all planned and forecasted dates were recalculated based on the (original) promised contract date. Now the recalculation of the forecasted dates is done based on the date that has already been provided for the forecasted delivery date.

Some inconsistency checks have been installed to ensurehigh data quality in the area of inquiry supplement creation.

A new checkbox labeled "Higher Suppl" will be displayed on tab folder "General" of P.60.03 Requisitions Planning in case supplement planning is enabled - by setting project default ZP_MS_SUPP to either 'Y' (supplement planning is optional) or 'E' (supplement planning is mandatory and thus enforced by the application).

If this checkbox appears to be ticked, supplement planning is lagging behind existing engineering requisition supplements that are linked to the currently selected planned requisition.

If unchecked, the meaning depends on the active setting of ZP_MS_SUPP - if set to 'E', it clearly states that planning is up-to-date. However, if the project default is set to 'Y', the checkbox not being ticked can also be caused by the fact that the currently selected planned requisition has not been provided with supplement plans at all (since supplement planning is optional in this scenario).

So in case supplement planning is enabled, this checkboxallows for easily retrieving those planned requisitions fromthe database that are outdated by their engineering requisition counterparts.

Item shipments are now kept and maintained correctly in case of agreements for corporate warehouse and project default setting ZP_ISH_QTY = NEW when the ordered quantity is changed.

Now the deletion of agreement line items also covers the unlikely event that the ident structure reference of a line item might be invalid.

Internal processing has been changed to avoid that requisition line items are assigned to improper inquiries.

Potential Suppliers Mailing List:A new tab page with name “Mailing List” is added to the screen P.30.21 Prepare RFQ. This tab page is used to enter the e-mail address of the suppliers whom the e-mail to quote for the inquiry will be sent, up on approval of the inquiry.

These suppliers will have to first register themselves in SmartPlant Materials and then they will be able to quote for the inquiry.

This tab page is visible only in case of open tenders. That means when the project default ZP_ALLOPTD is set to Y this tab page will be visible in this screen.

MIP Approval Functionality:With this functionality, the screen A.20.49 Approval Sequence is modified in case if it’s called from the screen P.30.21 Prepare RFQ, “Approval Sequence” button on the“Inquiry” tab to allow each approver of the Inquiry to provide his suggested Tender Reference Amount. Modifications in the Suppliers screen:The Supplier log-in is modified in such a way that in case of open tenders (i.e. when the project default ZP_ALLOPTD is set to Y), suppliers who are not approved will be able to see the Inquiry. Irrespective of thesupplier “Allowed For” or the inquiry for purchase or not, the supplier will be able to query all the inquiries in this project.

A job abortion in screen P.90.01 due to the violation of a primary key will not occur any longer.

When the creation of a tender fails for any reasons (for example because a CIP raises any error) the original erroris now shown to the user and all data are rolled back.

Position numbers are no longer used twice when adding arequisition to an agreement in case that project default ZP_KEEPPOS has been set to Y.

In case of typed milestones without link to a specific date field (where the actual date of associated detail milestones is manually updatable), synchronization of a manually specified actual date value of a detail milestone on a supplement plan with the corresponding detail milestone on the overall milestone plan typically failed. This issue is resolved now.

In P.60.03 Requisitions Planning, the functionality of button "Calc All Forecasted" (for calculating the forecasted dates of all planned requisitions in the project the user has logged on to) has been slightly enhanced – in case ZP_MS_SUPP = 'E', before actually calculating the forecasted dates, it will look for planned requisitions that do not have at least one supplement plan, and offer to create an initial supplement plan for those planned requisitions on-the-fly. While the user can still choose to stick with the pure calculation of forecasted dates, this new option allows for a smooth completion of planning data when ZP_MS_SUPP is changed to 'E' later on in the course of the project because the auto-generated supplement plans will inherit the planned dates (among other propeties) from the existing overall milestone plans.

The same feature is available in P.60.05 Milestone Explorer when pressing the "Calc All Forecasted" button in Window 8 (which shows all planned requisitions in the project).

Retrieving the incoterm information in various screens hasbeen tuned.

The BOM quantity is now calculated correctly for detail tags.

Also the expediting date fields in screen P.70.72 (the onesrelated to extended expediting) are now fully queryable. So far restricted queries only worked for valid date values but not for date values combined with %.

For P.30.05 (Requisition Assignment) screen behavior has been changed so that the LOV does not pop up automatically on entering the screen. Moreover the screennow also works for requisitions for that only newly added positions have been released to procurement.

Screen P.30.05 now also works in case the LOV was not invoked.

New project default ZP_MFCTEXP

The expediter is only allowed to change the manufacturer if nothing has been entered by the buyer on order line item level or if the item shipment is a detail tag created by expediting. You can change this behavior by using the project default ZP_MFCTEXP. With this project default you control who is responsible forthe maintenance of the manufacturer. If this project default is set to 'N' (default value) the maintenance of the manufacturer works like described above. If this project default is set to 'Y' the data entered by the expediter is kept. So when approving a CO the data maintained by the expediter are not overwritten by the data provided by the buyer.

New project default ZP_ALW_PPE

With this project default you can control whether the progress payment events can be edited only before the agreement is approved or additionally even after the agreement has been approved in P.50.07 Maintain Agreements.

If it is set to 'N' (default value) you cannot change progress payment events after the agreement has been approved (behavior as usual).If it is set to 'Y' you can edit progress payment events before and even after the agreement has been approved.

ATTENTION!We recommend to be very careful with that feature especially concerning the invoicing functionality.

Scope of work screen was developed with this user story. A subcontractor can open this screen from an inquiry in read-only mode to see the milestones and interim milestones defined/set by contractor.

The global update functionality for screens P.50.07 Maintain Agreements and P.70.72 Expediting Detailswas changed as follows:

The global update works now for all currently displayed item shipments of the order regardless of the record you are currently positioned on.Previously, all line items of the whole agreement are updated, regardless if line items were displayed.

Numeric revisions including leading zeros are now taken into account correctly when checking for the highest revision of a document.

Now in SPRD Plus we can link PDB symbols to a document. PDB management screen can be opened on RMC of a document record of the XA70 documents grid. PDB Documents grid and PDB View Documents grids allow the user to perform the insert/ modify/ delete operations. PDB View Grid has upload functionality and has the viewer to show the associated file.

Now in SPRD Plus we can link PDB symbols to commodity codes. Additional columns “S3D Symbol Code”, “S3D Symbol Rev”, “Part Data Basis” are introduced into commodity codes grid.

Correction of processing to avoid value error when revising multiple specs.

Evaluation of project defaults for timeout (ZS_IDT_TBT/ZS_IDT_TON) returns default value of 60 seconds if an error occurs to prevent error in build ident process.

The new project default ZS_DES_SEP allows to define a separator which is used when building the commodity code layout (short and long) for tables with multiple use.The sort order is determined by the Control Status of the commodity code detail in descending order.If no value for the project default is set, then the current functionality of inserting a blank is used.

Sort order for multiple commodity code details for one table is now by ascending control status.The layout short will include in this case only the table detail marked as ‘Used’.

When user creates classes for such class systems, commodity codes of type ‘OT’ are generated and get associated to the classes.
