Défumair® XTA 2smoke extraction casing fan with transmission F400-120

- Three-phase 400 V - 50 Hz - 2 speeds 4/8 poles Dahlander coupling from 0,60 kW to 28 kW or 2/4 poles from 0,80 to 8 kW.

wiring operations between the fan and the relay box with padlockable switch and pressostat.

- 3 versions exist : Pack smoke extraction alone, Pack smoke extraction External comfort, Pack smoke extraction Ordinys® Soft Start.

steel with access doors and panels to make maintenance and starting up easier. It will be equipped with a forward curved turbine with double inlet connected to the motor by pulley-belt transmission. The motor will be located outside the air flow.

The graphs being in total pressure, for the fl ow (4 700 m3/h), you must add the corresponding dynamic pressure (see chart ) : 61 Pa, hence the total pressure : Pt = Pd + Pst ➔ �Pt = 61 + 500 = 561 Pa.The functioning features of the fan are then defi nied by :the rotation speed = 1 450 rpm, the motor power = 3 kW.

➤� Fan in horizontal suction vertical discharge version (HV),or vertical suction vertical discharge (VV), or vertical suction horizontal discharge (VH) (point B)

The graphs being in total pressure for the version HH, for the fl ow you need 4 700 m3/h, calculate the total pressure for this version. Then, add the pressure drop for the other versions : for Q = 4 700 m3/h PdC = 128Then, for the versions with horizontal suction vertical discharge or vertical suction vertical discharge or vertical suction horizontal discharge :- Point B : Pt (other versions) = Pt (HH) + PdC = 561 + 128 = 689 Pa.

Rotation speed = 1 600 rpm. Motor power = 3 kW.

The tests are carried out according to the AMCA 210-99 norm.

• The pressostat enables the launching of the fi lter clogging alarm by an increase of differential pressure or a fan default alarm by decrease of the differential pressure.
