– Friend – Counselor– Judge– Mentor– Facilitator– Manager

Teacher as a DISCIPLINARIAN

Teacher as a COUNSELLOR

If a student has a problem he/she approaches the teacher or the teacher senses the problem then-
• The teacher establishes rapport with the student.
• Make him come out with the problem.
• Help the student to move forward in solving the problem.
Here the teacher should be-• Keen observer
• Sensitive• Empathetic
• Loving & friendly(to win the confidence
of the student)

• People favor underdogs but follow top dogs.
FIGHT FOR A FEW UNDERDOGS ALWAYS
• People really need help but may attack if you do help them.
HELP PEOPLE ANYWAY
• Give the world the best you have or you will get kicked in the teeth.
GIVE THE WORLD THE BEST YOU HAVE ANYWAY
• If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies.
• SUCCEED ANYWAY
