Human society has been living together for hundreds of years. Everybody has his or her own tasks and duties.
They have to perform them on daily basis to maintain a balance in the society. However, with the changing
times, and increasing privacy in people’s life, the delicate balance between the different lives and segments of
the society has changed quite a lot. The younger generation does not spend time with adults now. They leave
them alone once they are married and live off separately.

They have to understand that giving social care services for the adults is their responsibility, which they have to
perform no matter what. The adults have worked throughout their life to take care of their children, providing
them a good life and building the society by fulfilling their work. However, towards the end of their life, they
are being left alone to bear with everything. If you really care for the adults in your society or community, you
must follow the given points:
Provide health care services: Some of the adults who are suffering from diseases and ailments are oftenunable to take care of themselves. They should be provided with the personal care services, organizedeither at the adult homes or at your own house. You must never leave the adults alone when they are notwell. Ask the caregiver to supervise them in your absence.
Regular medical checkup: the best way to ensure that the adults are perfectly healthy is to organizeregular medical checkup in the community. Heart, eyes, dentals, and overall health, you can target any ofthe health issues. Ask the community doctors and social care services to gather experts or do it yourself.You should invite all the adults in the community for free health checkups.
Safety: The crimes against the adults are increasing alarmingly. You need to take effective measures tokeep it in control. Most of the adults who live alone far from their families are the number one targethence you should organize police patrol drives or community drives to check on the adults when they arealone in the house. Keep a list of all the adults and try to be in touch with them always.
It is your responsibility to ensure good health and safety of your adults through personal care services. Try to
organize regular recreational activities as well to keep them happy. Take care of all the senior citizens as once
they had taken yours.
