The Value in Purchasing (ViP) program is the only national group purchasing program endorsed by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). The program is simple to access and seamless to implement.
ViP’s group purchasing organization (GPO) partner – Provista – manages ViP’s portfolio of more than 1,300 contracts for community health centers, making ViP the largest health center focused GPO in the country. Provista, through its many a� liations, represents more than $49 billion in annual dollar volume.
Why does our volume bene� t health centers? Because the greater the dollar volume and the larger the product portfolio, the deeper the discounts we can negotiate.

Specifically, ViP is a group purchasing program for supplies and services utilized by CHCs, including medical and office supplies, capital and IT equipment, furniture, and more. ViP is administered by CHV with assistance from Provista.
Provista/Novation is the largest national healthcare GPO responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers of products and services (i.e., Becton Dickinson, Midmark, Welch Allyn, GOJO, etc.) to ensure the lowest prices to our members.
