Libertyville Gymnastics Academy’s Policies and Information

1. There is a Non-Refundable Annual Registration Fee. $45.00 per child, or $65.00 per family, in addition to your class fee. 2. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. 3. ALL make-up classes MUST be scheduled with the office. YOU MAY ONLY SCHEDULE TWO (2) MAKE–UP CLASSES PER SESSION AND IT MUST BE USED DURING THAT SESSION. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES WIL BE ALLOWED TO BE CARRIED OVER INTO THE NEXT SESSION. 4. A waiver must be filled out and on file for every child using our facility. 5. CLASS DISCOUNTS: Any student enrolling in more than one class will receive a 10% discount on their 2nd and 3rd classes. The full annual registration fee still applies. 6. FAMILY DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount will be given on the lower fee of a sibling’s class. The full annual registration fee still applies. 7. Throughout the registration process, we will attempt to honor teacher requests, however, we can not guarantee these requests. 8. If cancellation occurs on or before January 14, 2017, A full refund will be given. If cancellation occurs on or before January 21, 2017, A 50% refund will be given. NO REFUNDS will be issued after January 21, 2017. 9. We do not accept expired coupons. 10. We offer a $10.00 off per family, for active fire, police, or military. Not to be combined with any other offer or coupon. 10% sibling discount still applies.
