The device houses a mod bus energy meter, router, digital input module, power supply and super capacitors. The smart meter measures the electrical parameters such as voltages, currents, real power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, phase angle, frequency, forward/reverse active energy and forward reverse reactive energy, demand and harmonics. From the smart meter, the router, which operates as the device's data collector and/or carrier, the data is then transmitted to the web interface and/or portal. In addition, the digital input module displays the on/off state of the relays or breakers on the web interface and/or portal. [57] Abstract:

A method of generating base load power using ordinary air as the primary energy source comprising the steps of: introducing a 10 series of prime movers in the form of propellers run by dc motors with controllers and batteries that are initially charged by solar energy to crank a power generating turbine at a predetermined angular velocity such that kinetic energy is stored thereof; transforming some of the said stored kinetic energy into rated electric energy; harnessing the 15 backward air stream flow created by the turbine rotor rotating motion by using Venturi funnels and weirs to convert said air stream into a gale force equivalent or exceeding that of a super typhoon; continuously re-charging the batteries of the propeller prime movers with miniature air turbine battery re- chargers that harness the gale 20 force air streams created by the rotor motion combined with Venturi funnels and weirs; and, introducing secondary moving mediums such as Venturi air jet propulsion devices, battery-run electro-magnets, blowers and compressors into the power generating turbine after initial cranking to maintain storage of specified kinetic energy thereof.

[57] Abstract:

This invention is a reversible vacuum or pressure check valve attached to any sealed chamber wall for the purpose of extracting or injecting gas, liquid, or both from or into a sealed chamber of any size or shape and made from any material. A vacuum valve device is used with a bag and has a base and a clip, the base has a tube, a clipping range, and a valve. The tube mounted through a sheet of the bag and has a central hole and at least one outlet hole. The clipping range is formed on the tube. The valve is mounted slidably in the tube and selectively seal the at least one outlet hole. The clip is mounted detachably around the tube of the base and cooperates with the clipping range to hermetically clip the sheet of the bag. The device is easily attached or detached through the chamber wall, that is reusable, economical, and marketable.

The vehicle (1 00) includes a footrest (90L,92L,94L,90R) configured to turn around a rotation axis and thereby to move between a use position and a retracted position, the footrest (90L,92L,94L,90R) being a footrest in which a maximum dimension of the footrest (90L,92L,94L,90R) in a front and rear direction of a vehicle body (61) in the use position and a maximum dimension of the footrest (90L,92L,94L,90R) in a left and right direction of the vehicle body (61) in the use position are greater than a maximum dimension of the footrest (90L,92L,94L,90R) in a direction perpendicular to the footrest surface (SO,S2,S3). The rotation axis (XL,XL 1 ,XR) intersects, e.g. obliquely intersects, with a flat surface parallel to the footrest surface when in the use position and is inclined with respect to a line perpendicular to the footrest surface (SO,S2,S3) when in the use position, and the footrest surface (SO,S2,S3) when in the use position is closer to a horizontal orientation than a vertical orientation while the footrest surface (SO,S2,S3) at the retracted position is closer to the vertical orientation than the horizontal orientation when the vehicle (61) stands upright.

[57] Abstract:

This invention relates to the emergency light with overcharge battery protector. This device is usually used in different places such as houses, schools, commercial and noncommercial buildings which based on standard building code requirements that must be installed. The concept of this device is to plug in to an outlet 24 hours and gives light automatically when it detects the power outage. A number of technical institutions especially commercial and industrial establishments have encountered problems such as overcharging of battery that cause damage to the battery and lack of switching device for charging system that leads to shorten life span of the emergency light. The design and construction of this technology which is the emergency light with overcharging protector will solve the problem. This invention provides battery protection circuit to insure the safety of the battery, and can easily discharge using remote controller, effective learning for students, appropriate teaching process and increase learning.

This invention provides mechanism which operates faster removing of screw and nut that is difficult to remove by exerting normal force alone. The mechanisms which involves an anvil that will contact the screw and nut into vibration that is made possible by a vibrate rod and a dynamo. The dynamo is the one responsible for the movement of the anvil and vibrate rod. These will also be enforced by the sosa from the sosa tank. The sosa, a liquid substance, will destroy the hardened rust that prevents the screw and nut from being loosen. The invention operates by just leaving the technology during a period of time until the screw and nut is now easy to remove.

[57] Abstract:

The present invention relates to cold storage heat conductance barrier that incorporates additional mechanisms like barrier, poly urethane board, channel, and concrete barrier for effective and efficient protection from thermal penetration. This invention was developed as a solution to the existing technical problem of heat penetration from ground thermal source. The invention can be applied to domestic, commercial and industrial works on any means of preservation or Heating Ventilating and Air-conditioning (HVACR) applications. The invention also eliminates the use of excessive concrete as another means of thermal protection. To address the problems of the present technologies, same with, a patent search was conducted to examine and analyse the existing related technologies. Thus, problems related to found existing technologies for cold storage thermal protection were analysed and corresponding design was obtained to provide effective and efficient protection from thermal penetration.
