A rotating mechanism of a circulation fan includes a movable support unit for supporting a main rotating shaft of a drive device. The housing defines an accommodation space therein. The housing has a perforation. The drive device is located in the accommodation space. The movable support unit includes a frame and a sphere. The frame is mounted to a housing and has an enclosing opening to movably limit the sphere. The main rotating shaft is inserted through the sphere. The frame movably supports the sphere and movably supports the main rotating shaft. When the main rotating shaft is rotated, the drive device and the main rotating shaft are eccentrically rotated relative to the housing. The frame is able to movably support the sphere and movably support the main rotating shaft to disperse the support force. There is no problem that the axis of the associated element to support the main rotating shaft is worn out to result in wobble.
