How to admit student ?

Seven different methods provided by WebSAMS

By Batch – Allow user to admit a batch of students in one screen

POA (Primary One Admission)- Primary schools can admit

P1 student by using a POA data file from EMB

SOA (Secondary One Admission) – Secondary schools can admit S1 students by using a SOA data file from EMB

SFA (Secondary Four Admission) – Secondary schools can admit non

CA students to F4 after submitting O/M ranking to EMB or admit CA

students after receiving SFA data from EMB

How to admit student ?

SSA – Secondary schools can admit F6 students from non-CA or CA

and submit them to EMB

Individual – Allow user to admit a student in a screen

By File Upload – User can admit a batch of students by uploading

a file. EXCEL file template can be downloaded by users to input

new student records
