Financial justification of the researchThis research was supported by the Dutch Technology Foundation STW, which is part of the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) and partly funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (project number 10948). The users committee of this STW project and STW representative dr. H. van der Valk are kindly acknowledged for their input during the committee meetings: Colgate-Palmolive, represented by dr. C.
