Graphical journal – see transaction screens as they were entered, search in multiple ways. Aid in repairing mistakes and settling end of day quickly.

Multi-language support – controlled at the user profile.

Financial I/O-support – utilize multiple financial printer types, card readers and more.

Customization tool kit – customize your products, processes and rules. Maintain transaction set content through an IBM DB2 data repository to stay competitive in a dynamic market.

AM/PM processing – allows a teller and/or branch manager to change to tomorrow’s business day at a selected time. Deposits taken after that time are considered to be tomorrow’s work for posting purposes.

Balancing – tellers balance by entering the amount for each denomination and comparing it with a count kept by the system.

Bin/batch totals – provide a facility to manage and track certain types of items.

Pop-up calculator – display a running total of calculations and post directly into a transaction.

Complete cash control – maintain a real-time position for each teller as well as the branch vault; track denominations if you choose.

File recovery – provides off-line support at a workstation level, allowing shared files to be recovered and restored on the local drive. This permits branches to continue to use a workstation during a local area network (LAN) failure or a failure on the file server.

Floating teller function – allow tellers to move from station to station while maintaining cash drawer control. This is especially valuable when certain windows, such as the drive-up, must remain open.

Floor limits for online and off-line – each teller can be authorized for limits by transaction and online status to ensure that institution policies are followed.

Configurable tables – information such as fees, commissions, rates and charges can be centrally or locally maintained and applied to transactions with an option to waive.

Audit trails – track changes made to operator profiles and system maintenance activities.

Teller and supervisor authorizations – local and remote override are supported; tellers and supervisors never have to leave their workstations.

Multi-tran grouping – all the transactions of a particular customer can be grouped as a single transaction, eliminating the need to accept and pay out cash between transactions.

Online help – available at any step of the transaction.

Background host recovery – re-establish host sessions automatically if the host link is lost.

Multi-currency and foreign exchange processing – offer deposit accounts in multiple currencies and maintain FX processing with denomination inventory control.

Programmed operator – handle host communication procedures automatically by allowing a single keystroke to perform tasks that normally require many; this makes it easy for your staff to display and process information.

Security – customize to fit your organization at several levels, such as sign-on password requirements or restricting transactions to specific teller or supervisor classes. Transactions rejected for processing because of user defined limits can be automatically sent to a supervisor for local or remote override.

Store and forward – automatically log transactions to disk when the workstation is off-line, then forward them to the host when online.

Teller training mode – new tellers can practice in training mode as well as being supported with everything from user-friendly menus to fill-in-the-blank prompts which help new tellers get up to speed.

Transaction reversal – a transaction defined as reversible, may be reversed immediately from the menu or later from the electronic journal. All totals affected by the transaction are reversed accordingly.

Printing of electronic forms – drivers and APIs for laser and impact printers give you the flexibility to design and print a broad variety of forms, checks and reports.

Business graphics – create bar, pie and line graphs dynamically and display them along with text. Optionally, high quality take-home copies of these graphics may be printed for the customer.

Presentation graphics – support the display of picture graphics.

Cash dispenser integration – control cash disbursements and/or receipt of cash with all leading cash handling machines.

Personalized service and receipts – enable tellers to view special notes outside of the core alert system that indicate when a customer has a significant life event occurring that warrants mention. These special notices can even be printed right on the customer’s receipt for more personalized service.

Wrapper Desktop Highlights The Respect Wrapper extends the sales, service and customer experience management capabilities of your front-line people by “wrapping” sales and service functions around your existing applications, turning the user’s workspace into a multi-purpose dashboard. You can keep their current application active while adding the new functions in a wrap-around window. The Wrapper implementation results in a whole new desktop view that complements their current one and gives them the ability to manage customer interactions in ways that both the teller and the customer will appreciate.

Customer profile – build a view of the entire relationship and a full contact history through integration with multiple sources of information and multiple applications.

Message management – create and distribute alerts, sales, service and personal messages across the enterprise for both users and customers.

Navigation – provide quick links to internal as well as external applications and information sources.
