1. Create a new user account

To create your own NEW USER ACCOUNT, click on the text on the

bottom of the above screen that says “Or Create Account”.



2. Enter your email address

Step 1 of 10: enter your personal Email address



3. Read and then accept the Terms and conditions

Step 2 of 10: Read them and then Click on “Accept”



4. Create your password

Step 3 of 10: enter your own password exactly the same in both fields



5. Enter your preferred name title and gender

Step 4 of 10: enter your preferred name title

Step 5 of 10: enter your preferred gender



6. Enter your first name and middle name

Step 6 of 10: Enter here both your first name and your middle name



Enter your surnames

Step 7 of 10: Enter here your family name(s) or surname(s).



7. Enter your birthdate

Step 8 of 10: Enter here your birthday as DAY (2 digits), Month (2

digits), Year (4 digits), example 2 May 2001 would be 02/05/2001

Remember you have to be at least 18 years old to use our app.



8. Enter your full address

Step 9 of 10: Enter here your full address and if you have any additional

information, such as the name of your building, floor or flat Number,

Urbanization name then enter it between brackets () in the Street

number field.



9. Enter your mobile phone number

Step 10 of 10: Enter here your mobile phone number



10. Enter the verification code

Enter here your security code that you receive by SMS as verification

of the mobile phone number you entered in the previous step.



Verify your email

Check your email inbox for a verification email from LDJ Digital but

if you don´t see it, then check your SPAM folder as it may be in there.

If it is in your SPAM folder then click on email option NOT SPAM.



To verify your email that you use to login and keep your account safe,

click on the link inside the email (see above screen as a verification

email example) to confirm your email verification.

11. Here you start your identity verification

Click here at the bottom of the screen on the button called “Select your

ID Type”. You will see a pop-up menu where you can select:

Driving License if you have a UK driver’s license and for any non-UK

person use this same option with your national ID card.

Passport if you have a passport use this as the preferred option.

Once you select an option you will have to click on OK on the next pop-

up to allow you to take a photo of your document from your mobile.



Continue with your identity verification

Then continue and click on the big white button to take a photo of the

front side of your National ID Card or your UK Driver License AND

then in the next step you should take a photo of the back side of your

National ID Card or your UK Driver License.

Once you select an option you will have to click on OK on the next pop-

up to allow you to take a photo of your document from your mobile.



12. Continue with your identity verification

Then on the above screen, click on Continue




Then click on the screen you see above on the left on Take a Selfie and

you will see the above screen on the right and when you´re ready with

a photo of yourself click on Continue




When you see this above screen, it means you have completed the

identification process and then you must click on the bottom key called

Upload and Finish After that you will see a notification on your screen saying “Submitting

Verification Details” which means your information is being uploaded.

If for some reason the upload does time out or your internet connection

is interrupted, then just click on the pop-up on the “Retry” key to re-

start the process again. If this persists then put the app to background

and try it a bit later as our servers might be running at full capacity or

open the app later when you have a better internet connection and click

again on “Retry”.



15. Login after your account creation and identity verification

Simply enter your personal email in the field with text “Email address”

and enter the password you created with your new account in the next

field with text “Password” and then click on “LOGIN”.

If you get a pop-up with the text “Invalid Login details” then that is

because one or more characters entered may be incorrect in your email

address or in your password, so please type slowly.



16. Login verification checking it´s really you

After login you will see the above left screen and you MUST click on

the left key that says “Request SMS”. You will then receive an SMS

and you enter that code in the field “Enter your 2fa code” and then

click on “Submit Code”. At that moment, see above screen on the right,

you will see a pop-up asking if you want to activate “Face ID” of your

mobile so next time when you login, it is simply by looking into your

mobile phone. We recommend you click on “Yes”.



17. Now you are in the main screen of the app

Remember if your Identification process is still pending, then you will

only be able to add Crypto accounts in seconds but you will not be able

to order your Debit Card or add money (fiat) currency accounts until

you receive an email conformation that your identification process

(KYC) has been passed successfully. To see if your KYC (identification

process) is passed, click on the bottom menu key “Settings”.



18. Here is how to add a money or crypto account in seconds

Click on the bottom menu option “Wallets” and then select which type

of currency you want to add, Cryptocurrency or Global (fiat) currency.

Say you select “Global (fiat) currencies”, see above screen on the

right, which are those linked to traditional money like Euro (EUROB),

US Dollar (USDB) or British Pound sterling (GBPB).

19. Continued: how to add a money or crypto account in seconds

Click on the bottom menu option “Wallets” and then select which type

of currency you want to add, click now on “Cryptocurrencies”, see

above screen on the left. Say you select Bitcoin (BTC) and then repeat

same process and select Bitcoin Cash (BCH). Then you will see those

added cryptocurrencies in your Wallets menu, see top right screen.



20. Here is how to order your own Debit Card

Click on the bottom menu option “CL Card”, which basically means

the “Currency Life” DEBIT CARD in order to start the order process

for your own Debit Card.

21. Here is buy or sell cryptocurrency directly from in the app

Click on the bottom menu option “Exchange” and then select which

type of transaction you wish to do, to “BUY” or “SELL” a

cryptocurrency. Let’s say you want to buy Bitcoin, then click on

“BUY” and then after that click on the “Bitcoin” graphic chart and you

will see your BUY screen shown above on the right.

Enter the amount in your native currency, above example is in GBP and

then click on the big blue key on the bottom of the screen to continue

your purchase of the equivalent amount of Bitcoin.



See below screen when you receive a transfer in Bitcoin (BTC) in the

amount of 0.0022865 BTC with a fiat (money) value of GBP 15,

shown in your BTC wallet as £15 / 0.0022865 BTC



22. What is the menu option “About LDJ Digital”

When clicking on the menu option “About LDJ Digital” you will see a

summary of what we are all about as a product and as a future roadmap

strategy explained as a brief summary.



23. What is the menu option “Settings”?

When clicking on the menu option “Settings” you will see a list of

information that you can look at and others that you can change. For

example, you can change the main Display Currency used in the App, or you

can change your country or you can activate or disable “Face ID” or “Two

Factor Authentication” (see above screen on the right). You can also find

helpful information updated in future in the “Help Centre” section.

You can also “Sign out” if you want to force that the next time you want to

use the App that you must fully login with your email/password and confirm

it’s you by entering an SMS code as verification procedure. If you do not

click on “Sign out” and you leave the “Face ID” as Enabled then every time

you want to use the App you will automatically login by simply looking at

your mobile phone.

If you click on “Verify Account” it will tell you if your identity has been

verified and approved or in the event it is still pending approval, see above

left screen.



24. How to reset your login password in the event you forget it?

If you forgot your password, then on the main login screen click on the

text “Forgotten Password” which is situated just under the password

field. Then enter in the pop-up your personal email address that you

used to create your LDJ Digital account and which you verified from

the email you received from us as security step. Then click on “Reset

Password”.

You will then see a pop-up confirming that an email will be send to you

but REMEMEBR if you entered an incorrect email you will never

receive it so type slowly when you enter your email address. If you do

not see an email from us in a few minutes in your inbox then please

check your SPAM folder. If it was in your SPAM folder then click on

the email menu as marked our email as NOT SPAM.



Click on the link inside the “Password Reset” email that you received

(see below screenshot), which will take you to a webpage where you

can create your own new password. See next page. See email example

here below.

You will be re-directed automatically through your mobile browser to

the below left website screen, where you must enter in the field called

“Email” your personal email that you used to create your account

(same email address where you received our Password Reset Email),

then enter in the field called “New Password” your own new Password



and repeat that same New Password in the next field called “Confirm

Password”. Then click on the button “Reset Password” and you will

see the password change confirmed (see below right screen). Then go

back to your LDJ Digital app and login with your email / New

Password.



25. How to order your own CL debit card from inside the APP?

Click on the main app screen on the “CL Card” menu option, see above

left screen.

Then select the currency which you want to link your CL Debit Card

to, meaning that is the currency in which you will spend with mainly.

You have currently the choice between GBP or EUR.



Then select the option, currently only “Standard” option available, see

above left screen.

Then read the Debit Card terms and conditions and activate the button

by sliding it to the right, where it says “I have read and understand the

terms and conditions”, see above screen on the right.



If you would have clicked on the text “terms and conditions “you would

see the above left screen.

Make sure you activate the button by sliding it to the right, where it says

“I have read and understand the terms and conditions”, see above screen

on the right. You will know it is activated as you see it change color

from grey (not activated) to bleu (yes correctly activated), see above

screen on the right.

Then click on the big button at the bottom of the screen to “Continue”.



In this example at the beginning of the CL Card order process we had

selected the CL Card to be in the GBP currency so now you will see

that same Wallet currency (GBP… wallet) as an option to pay for the

one-off cost to order your Card.

If at the start of the Card order process you had selected EUR currency

to be linked to your Card then the above left screen would have shown

instead (EUR… wallet) as an option to pay for this Card.

You may also choose to pay for it with another Credit or Debit Card

that you already have.

Then click on continue, see above screen on the left.

Then you see the above screen on the right, where it shows only for

your information the address that you had filled in when you registered

the first time to the LDJ Digital app.

Simply click here on Continue.



Then you see the above screen on the left, where it shows only for your

information your full name(s) & surname(s) that you had filled in when

you registered the first time to the LDJ Digital app.


Then you see the above screen on the right, where it shows the complete

overview of all the order information.




At this point you should see the above screen on the left, and you are

done. You have successfully ordered your own CL Debit Card.

Then click on “Done” o the above left screen and you´ll see the above

screen on the right.

That screen is for when you receive at home your Debit Card, which

you can activate by simply entered the 3 digits CVV code that you can

find at the back-side of your card, and fill it in this screen and then click

on “Activate Card”. Then you are ready to spend with CL – VISA Debit

Card online, in stores and get cash in ATMs.



26. How to activate your own CL debit card?

Click on the “Activate Card” key and enter your 3 digits CVV code that

you find on the back of your Debit Card



27. How to get the PIN code of your CL debit card?

Click on the 3 dots to go to the Debit Card menu.



Then click on this screen on “View Pin”

If at any time in the future you lose your Card or if it is suspected to be

stolen then in this same menu you can instantly block the use of your

Card. You can then simply order a replacement Card.



Then on this screen enter your Card 3 digit CVV code and it will show

you your Card PIN code that you need to get money from an ATM or

to pay in a shop.

Remember that your Card after activation works immediately for

contactless payments BUT you must within a few days use your Card

at least once with the PIN code to confirm Card activation such that

contactless remains active. If however you forget, then at a certain

moment when paying with contactless you will be asked to enter the

Card in the payment machine and enter your PIN to confirm active

Card.



28. How to add funds to your CL debit card?

To add funds to your debit Card click on the “+” key



On this screen select how you want to fund (load) your Card: “by Bank

transfer” but that may take 3 to 7 days to cleared funds in your Debit

Card account OR click on “Transfer from crypto wallet” which should

clear funds into your Card account depending on system load within

minutes or worse case hours, which is the fastest way to load your Debit

Card.
