Garnet increases covert support to Savannah Escambians. •Savannah (Amber) mayor declares his township seceding to Garnet.•Garnetian forces positioned along border heighten level of readiness, with a Mechanized brigade reinforced posturing to invade Amber to provide “security and stability” to the local Escambians.•Piracy and armed robbery continue to threaten maritime trade.

•International pressure increases on both Amber to maintain its security, and Garnet to halt support of extremists.•Muscogees flee Savannah setting conditions for humanitarian problem (IDPs).•UNSC session meets to discuss resolution.
