IGISOBANURO CYO “GUPFOBYA NO GUHAKANA JENOSIDE”

• Guhakana no gupfobya ni ibyaha bifitanye isano n’icyaha cy’ingengabitekerezo ya Jenoside (crimes related to genocide ideology)

• Igitabo cy’amategeko ahana; Ingingo ya 135 iteganya ko umuntu ukoze icyaha cy’ingengabitekerezo ya jenoside n’ibyaha bifitanye isano, ahanishwa igifungo kirenze imyaka itanu (5) kugeza ku myaka icyenda (9) n’ihazabu y’amafaranga y’u Rwanda kuva ku bihumbi ijana (100.000) kugeza kuri miliyoni imwe (1.000.000).

◦ They block investigations of the crimes, and continue to govern until driven from power by force, when they flee into exile.
