happy st patrick’s day

WELLNESS IS A WAY OF LIFE!

A chicken walked into a library and said, ‘Buk Buk

BUK.’ The librarian decided that the chicken desired three

books, and gave them to her. The next day the chicken

returned to the library and said, ‘Buk Buk BuKKOOK!‘ The

librarian decided that the chicken wanted three more books.

The chicken left as before with more books under her wing.

The chicken returned to the library later that afternoon,

approached the librarian, and, looking very annoyed, said

‘Buk Buk Bukkooook!‘ The librarian

became a little suspicious of this

chicken. She gave her what she

requested, but decided to follow

her to see what this chicken was

doing with all these books. She

followed her out of the library,

out of the town, and to a

park with a pond. From

behind the tree, the

librarian watched the

chicken as she threw the

books at a frog in the pond,

to which the frog replied,

“Rrredit Rrredit Rrredit…”

People don’t usually eat clover (though it’s a good source of protein), because it’s hard for us

to digest. So how does clover figure into our diets? Well, some of the meat we eat comes

from animals that eat a lot of clover, and clover is also a favorite source of nectar that bees turn

into honey. Just because we don’t eat something, that doesn’t mean it’s not important to our diet!
