Legislature

• The Legislature help in lawmaking. The laws ensure social order in Singapore and prevents crime in Singapore which ensure that Singapore is at peace and stability

• The minister would first propose a bill. He would then explain why he propose the bill.

• The members of Parliament would study and debate on the bill. They would then report their findings to the Parliament.

• The minister would then acknowledge that the bill is passed by the parliament

• After the bill is passed by Parliament, it would be submitted to the Presidential Council for Minority Rights. It would study the bill and ensure that the bill does not give disadvantage to racial and religious group

• If there is no adverse report, the bill would be sent to the president for his approval

• When the president approve on the bill, the bill will become a law

Executive

• The Executive is in charge of making government policies. It consist of the president and the cabinet

• The ministers, in consultation with the senior officers in the Civil Service will map out the directions, goals and broad strategies to carry out the policies

• The Executive Branch will consider feedback from the public when they carry out policies.

• It is important that the people provide constructive feedbacks because some can be impractical and unacceptable.

Judiciary

• The Judiciary is in charge of making independent judgments when someone disobey the law and is charged in court. Their judgments must be made independently and not be influenced by other people

• It consist of the Chief Justice and judges in courts.
