Responsible for maintaining product quality as per customer requirements.

Incoming raw material testing (BOPP,MET BOPP, CPP,MET CPP, PET, MET PET,PVC ,PEARL

BOPP, ALUMINIUM FOIL, LLDPE ,NYLON PE,EVOH,INK & ADHESIVE)

Responsible for online Quality Control in Printing, Lamination, Slitting & Extrusion.

Responsible for maintaining product quality as per customer requirements.

Maintaining record as per ISO, BRC, HACCP norms.

Support to execute new product development in coordination with operations.

Customer complaint handling, Customer complaint analysis, Supervise and assure that

certified raw material are issued to process owners as per the Job specification sheet.

Working with the operations team on cost improvement through reduction in adhesives,

inks, coating weights.

Facing of all kind of audit (internal, customer & supplier,).

Quality maintaining of Flexible Packaging Product through stringent monitoring & testing

like Tensile, Elongation, Bond Strength, Seal Strength COF, Opacity, Optical Density, GC-

test for odor/solvent retentions in the laminates, and many more which are applicable for

Flexible Packaging Industries.

Testing Equipment handle like GC,(Gas Chromotograph) UTM, Dart Impact Tester, COF

Tester, Opacity Tester, Densitometer Tester, Heat Sealer, Weighing scale,Hot Air woven,

Cobb Tester, Bursting Strength tester , MFI Tester, Spectro Photometer.

Responsible for provide COA to the customer with every consignment.

Responsible for making trail report/TDS.

Monitoring of quality parameters at every stages of production through various checks.

Working on ERP & Fiesta System.
