Frank is a holder of a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Accounting Degree and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, ACCA. He has extensive experience in the Audit and Advisory Services, Financial Management and Budget Management, stemming from his prior employment in the Audit and Financial Advisory Industry. His knowledge of internal controls, financial management, International Accounting Standards and his personal values of integrity, focus, commitment and professionalism are the principles that drive him to provide unquestionable advisory services as well as real time financial management services at all levels within any type of organisation. He has experience in audit, financial management, taxation and advisory services as well as in the development sphere where he is known for budgets formation and management. He also has experience in budgets formation/designing as well as implementation of such.
Achievements2011-2 Became the treasurer of the Zimbabwe ACCA Students Council.
2014 Managed a projects worth $ 354,000.00 between February 2014 and September 2014.
2015 Managed a portfolio of projects worth $2,2million between January and December 2015.
2016 Managing two projects worth $2 million. These are funded by USAID and UNICEF respectively.

Degree with the University of Zimbabwe. Capable of leading- Participated in the ACCA Zimbabwe Students Panel from October
2010 to February 2014 as the Treasurer. The team successfully promulgated the ACCA Summer School that has now become an annual event.

Prepare monthly project reports (finance and Time) and reconcile the same to the Project Administration Memos.
Coordinate the rest of the Project Finance Administrators to prepare monthly reports in the agreed format, check for errors in booking through checklists and file the reports.
