Jessica Pallot-CookHR Director
Jess is a senior, highly experienced HR professional who has worked extensively within transformation and change across
multiple industries in well-know organisations. Her transformation work has been varied and examples include the
introduction of flexible working in a large telecoms business, changing the employment contracts of Senior Management in a
Financial Services organisation to drive a results-oriented mind-set, to addressing the complexities around culture when

various levels of experience and range of expertise
within hr.byhoxby.
Each project is delivered by a bespoke team for the
brief in hand, and so actual rates are subject to minor
fluctuations, subject to the individuals appointed to
the brief in hand.
Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
We also offer fixed pricing for outputs such as
Employment Handbooks, Policies & Contracts of
Employment upon request.
