• July 2016 – Programs submitted 3-year assessment plans (more than 90% submitted)

• Nov. 2017 – Assessment annual reports due, AEFIS Assessment Report Capture (ARC) (75% submitted)

• Ongoing and annual – AEFIS ARC providing program assessment reports for programs and Office of the Provost

• All undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs reporting• Pre-populated list of programs and program learning outcomes • Engage and report on indirect/direct assessment activities

ARC: Next Steps

• Work with AEFIS to provide aggregate data for institutional reporting

• Continue to provide assessment support and resources for faculty/staff, students, programs and courses

• Integrate AEFIS assessment management system with other systems to support and scale assessment practices across campus
