LOVE 20/20 (MISSION AMERICA COALITION)
“EVERY PERSON IN AMERICA TO BE AUTHENTICALLY LOVED BY AT LEAST ONE FOLLOWER OF JESUS IN THIS DECADE”

Every Home for Christ (www.ehc.org) believes that taking the Gospel to our neighbors and communities can be simple. Utilizing a strategy adopted by the Mission America Coalition called “Prayer, Care, Share,” EHC and numerous other members of the coalition have seen firsthand what happens when Christians begin to express Christ-like love to their neighbors and communities.
Today, God can use you to begin “loving your neighbors into the kingdom” as a vital part of Mission America Coalition’s “LOVE2020” strategy. (Visit www.love2020.org for details.) We encourage you to begin to “map” out your neighborhood. Start by praying daily for your neighbors. Then, look for opportunities to express Christ-like care for their physical or “felt” needs. Lastly, look for ways to share the Good News of Jesus. It’s as simple as prayer, care, share!
1Action Step One:
FOR MY NEIGHBORS“Action Step One” for loving my neighbors into the kingdom begins with prayer, right where we live—and then reaches out to our nation and the nations. Every Home for Christ, a 67-year-old ministry that has helped take the Gospel to over 1.6 billion homes in 215 nations, believes God wants us to saturate our own neighborhoods with Christ’s love, beginning by loving our neighbors through daily prayer. Try these suggestions:
John 4:35 tells us to open our eyes to the harvest around us. Start a “prayer watch” for your neighbors.
Take periodic walks through your neighborhood and quietly pray for your neighbors. (See Joshua 1:3 and Genesis 13:17.)
Declare God’s praises over your neighbors. The Psalmist said, “God inhabits the praises of His people” (Psalm 22:3). Praise enthrones God in your neighborhood.
Look for ways to lead your neighbors to Jesus. (See ideas that follow in Action Step Three, the Share Focus.)

The Jericho Center for Global Evangelism
“Where Christ’s Body Unites—Walls Fall!”
The Jericho Center for Global Evangelism, Every Home for Christ’s international headquarters
located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, exists to mobilize partnerships co-laboring to fulfill the Great Commission globally. It also serves as a headquarters
for coordinating home-to-home evangelism campaigns that take the Gospel to almost one million people daily throughout the world. The Jericho Center also provides
a base for 24/7 prayer and worship for the nations. Featuring an actual “Jerusalem Wall” (patterned after the “wall” described in Isaiah 62:6-7 where watchmen interceded day and night), the Jericho Center includes a literal, one-of-a-kind stone wall constructed of 50 tons of imported Jerusalem stone from Israel. This unique wall houses numerous individual “prayer
grottos” for individuals and families to come and help sustain day and night prayer for the nations. Please call
ahead to participate.

In addition to prayer, it’s important to care—which is “Action Step Two” in the Prayer, Care, Share strategy. Consider Christ’s Luke 10 model (Luke 10:5-9). Note the emphasis on caring (e.g. showing kindness) for our neighbors.
...through speaking peace over them (by name). Jesus said, “When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house” (Luke 10:5).
...through intentional, caring fellowship encounters. Jesus said, “Stay in that house, eating and drinking...” (Luke 10:7).
...through focused prayer and acts of specific kindness. Jesus said, “Heal the sick who are there...” (Luke 10:9).
...through giving them a clear witness of the power of Christ’s love. Jesus told His disciples, “...tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you’” (Luke 10:9).

“Action Step Three” for loving our neighbors into the kingdom is to share Christ’s love through personal and relational evangelism, right where we live, work, play, or study. The early Church did this consistently in nearby homes and the marketplace right where they lived. (See Acts 5:42.) Here’s how to get started:
...for courage to share Christ. Fear is the great enemy of witnessing.
...for opportunities to share Christ. Ask God to make those opportunities clear.
...relationships over a period of time. Start today. Say “hello” to a neighbor.
...a specific plan to share Christ. Ask God to reveal this plan.

A WATCHMAN’S GUIDETO PRAYING GOD’S PROMISES
How To Get Your Free Copy:
In A WATCHMAN’S GUIDE TO PRAYING GOD’S PROMISES, author and international president of Every Home for Christ Dr. Dick Eastman describes this movement of many thousands of “Walls of Prayer” rising up everywhere, in every time zone, and consisting of all 168 hours in a week (24/7) systematically covered by faithful intercessors of a local community or area, all agreeing in prayer over the same prayer objectives.
These objectives, Eastman contends, should be solidly founded in God’s Word. This 31-day guide is filled with practical promises from God that intercessors can all agree upon daily as they “watch and pray” on their Wall of Prayer or as part of any coordinated 24/7 prayer ministry. These passages focus on specific themes for each day that represent universal concerns for the global praying Church. Imagine many thousands of believers, including you, all agreeing at the exact same time, over the very same focuses—and all claiming these precise promises from God’s Word!

THREEFOLD STRATEGY TO PRAY FOR ALL THE GOVERNMENT
1. Devote one hour per week (or even one hour per day) to be a part of a Wall of Prayer for our nation.
Visit www.ehcprayer.com to register and to receive daily prayer targets to help you participate in a Prayer Watch for America.
2. Consider organizing a complete Wall of Prayer for your church, community, or prayer network. For help in forming a new Wall of Prayer request a free copy of A Watchman’s Guide to Praying God’s Promises (see information below).
A “Wall of Prayer” consists of all the hours in a week (24/7—168 hours) covered by participating intercessors praying for common goals, such as revival and spiritual awakening in our nation and world evangelization. We invite you to consider two objectives in helping establish continuing Walls of Prayer for our nation (and the world):
