We offer a selection of toilet units for construction sites for sale or rental:

12ft (3.66 metres): which consist of 2 urinals with 2 wash basins and 2 toilet basins. There is a second

section accessed via a separate external door (for ladies or managers use), which has a toilet basin

and a wash basin. Both sections have hot water heaters and extraction fans, controlled by the light

pull switches which also control 5ft fluorescent light. The unit is ready for mains water connection and soil

mains or tank connection, unit has forklift pockets.

16ft (4.87 metres): which consist of 3 urinals with 2 wash basins and 3 toilet basins. There is a second

section accessible via another external door (for ladies or managers use) which has a toilet basin

and a wash basin. Both sections have hot water heaters and extraction fans, controlled by the light

pull switches also which control 5ft fluorescent light, the unit is ready for mains water connection and soil

mains or tank connection, unit has forklift pockets.

We also offer for rent or sale 2800 litre effluent tanks and we can arrange effluent tank waste removal.

Chemiloos: we offer chemical toilets for rent which will include weekly servicing.

Used ISO shipping containers for export or UK storage, we sell

various sizes and types of freight containers all in good wind and

watertight condition.

If the unit is for export we offer units which have a valid CSC plate which allows the container to be

exported, if you purchase a unit which is does not have a valid CSC plate it can be rejected at the

exporting port or the importing port by Customs & Excise.

We can also refurbish used containers, if you wish to purchase them for domestic storage or conversion.

We offer a full range of modifications of standard container units to

laboratories, monitoring units, workshops, portable shops and

offices, for hire or sale, which can be transported to any destination

in the UK.

We do have standard modifications for offices/canteens/mess rooms/toilets, but one of our

specialities is to discuss with the customer their own requirements, as each customer is different and the

type of unit is different.

Our fully equipped workshop allows us to set up a production of units and all our staff and

subcontractors are fully certificated in their own field, electrics, plumbing, carpentry and welding, all units

can be painted in the customer’s colours and livery.

Units can also be stacked on top of each other with stairs being attached to the upper unit, perfect for a

storage unit on the ground with an office stacked on the top, our maintenance staff will take care of all the

fitting of the stairs when they deliver the units and lift into place.

The Combi Unit Office/Canteen with Separate

Single Toilet FacilitiesThe combi was first manufactured by us on the

request of our customers, they confirmed they were having to hire a toilet unit and an office/canteen unit,

this was creating problems on site with space and the cost of transporting two units to and from site.

The Office/Canteen Interior Fitted with a sink unit with electric 25 litre water

heater and draining board, underneath storage cupboard. The flooring is non-slip vinyl and one of

the main features of the unit is the quality of it’s insulation, which is fitted in the corrugations behind

the 6mm decorative interior wall panelling, the unit is also fitted with 2 double socket power points,

enough for kettle, microwave oven, computer, printer and telephone, and has 2 X CAT 2 fluorescent lights.

The unit is also fitted with an electric curtain heater including cold air blower, double glazed opening

windows with steel security shutters. The personnel door is of steel construction with a 5 leaver euro lock.

The Toilet Section Fitted with a single mains toilet, with water heater

and wash basin. The flooring is non-slip vinyl and one of main features of the unit is its insulation

which is fitted in the corrugations behind the 6mm decorative interior wall panelling.The section also

has 1 x CAT 2 fluorescent light and a 2ft tubular heater (to stop the water freezing in the winter) the

section is also fitted with xpelair unit.

The Security Gatehouse/Ticket Information Booth has become

one of our most popular pieces of equipment.

The highly secure features of the Security Gatehouse/Ticket Information Booth and size of 2440mm

x 2135mm make it suitable for a wide range of applications. Due to the amount of windows it gives

all round visibility and with the outer steel security shutters it make the whole unit very secure overnight.

With sliding double glazed windows to control visitors and a speech panel to one side of the unit, it allows

for the selling/checking of tickets, the interior of the unit has a 2kw electric curtain heater which includes

cold air blower, the lighting is 2 x CAT2 fluorescent lights and has 2x double sockets, it also has a work

surface under the speech window, the flooring is a hard wearing anti-slip vinyl covering and the unit has

a view glass in the door for checking who is the other side of the door before opening.

The main feature of the unit is its insulation quality which is fitted in the corrugations behind the 6mm

decorative interior wall panelling.

When delivered the unit is lifted into position with a vehicle mounted crane, if the unit is used on a

construction site or industrial estate where a folk lift truck is available the unit has fork lift pockets.

Unit Hire offer a delivery and off loading service direct to your site.

Our experienced driver/operators will off load your containers/accommodation units using specialist

vehicles with mounted cranes, capable of placing them to either side of the vehicle, they can be in line

or up to 90 degrees from the vehicle. Suitable access should be allowed for delivery and collections. A hard

standing area is required and the base where the unit is positioned should be as level as possible. Overall

lengths of vehicles used are approximately 36ft for a 20ft unit (or smaller) and 60ft for a 40ft unit, all are

9ft wide. Vehicle weight between 18 and 22 tonnes each, this includes the weight of the crane

All drivers used have been fully trained in the use of the lifting equipment and carry the appropriate

certification, the vehicles and hydraulic loading arms all undergo regular safety checks and comply

with relevant safety requirements. If you have any concerns we can arrange for a site survey (there is a

small cost for this service).
