FIRST AID
The Microsoft Wellbeing Centre is located on the ground floor of Building 4.
Details of First Aiders on site are posted at the Reception desk and in all
kitchen areas.
If you suffer an accident or near miss whilst at TVP, please contact a member
of the Reception team or the event organiser so that it can be recorded.FIRE
Microsoft has a two-stage fire alarm system which will be activated when either a smoke detector or call point unit is activated.
The first stage announcement gives an alert to standby and prepare to evacuate if required.
The second stage is the full evacuation announcement.
These voice messages will accompany an audible alarm;
Emergency Information
On hearing the evacuation message, you should:
Leave the building as quickly and calmly as possible via the nearest fire exit.
Do not stop to collect personal
belongings. Proceed immediately to the nearest fire
assembly point.
Follow any instructions given to you by the Reception team, Fire Marshals, or members of Security.
Only re-enter the building when told it
is safe to do so

CALMLY CLEAR THE IMMEDIATE AREA OF PEOPLE
REPORT IT TO A MEMBER OF THE CBC TEAM GIVING THE EXACT LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT
DO NOT USE YOUR RADIO OR MOBILE PHONE
IN THE EVENT OF THE CRISIS MANAGEMENT TEAM DECIDING THERE IS A NEED TO EVACUATE THE BUILDING; THIS MAY BE DONE USING THE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM.
SHOULD AN ALTERNATIVE ASSEMBLY AREA BE NECESSARY, YOU WILL BE ADVISED OF THIS AT THE TIME.
