What is a referee?

NOPE!THIS IS A REFEREE

Confused?

A referee is anyone who you can ask to give you a reference.

A reference is written by someone to support your application for a job. The reference is private between the potential employer and the referee you more than likely will never see one.

It outlines things such as your attitude, behaviour, punctuality, effort, suitability to the job.
