They bond to existing torch on systems and transform these jointed surfaces to a seamless membrane. By using a double coat spray-on application we ensure that all possible leaks are covered with a flexible, UV stable and non-flammable plastic based coating with a 5 year guarantee *when applied by an approved applicator and 15 to 20 year life expectancy.

The coatings come in 90 pre-mixed colours and can be matched to specification in most cases. This guarantees a saving on valuable material, labour, time and money. The seamless seal on tiled roofs prevents the movement of tiles and doubles as a security measure for burglar attempts through roofs.

Hydro Seal

A water based, easy-to-apply and seamless waterproof coating, applied in a 2mm thickness, for vertical and horizontal surfaces with low risk of mechanical puncturing. Affordable, flexible, UV stable, non-flammable and with a five year guarantee when applied by an approved applicator. Colourfast and available in over 200 popular colours.

Renew

Renew provides home owners with a roof coating that provides a long lasting, UV stable and non-flammable cover in a variety of colours to suit any requirement.

Renew strengthens the roof covering whether it is IBR, corrugated, concrete or tiled covering and being flexible it moves with the roof sheets in hot and cold weather conditions to prolong the life time of the roof covering material.

Renew covers all unwanted weathering marks and protects the roof from advancing rust and water damage making it viable not just to repaint but protect all in one, prolonging the lifetime of the roof.

ThermoSeal

An advanced coating, 98% Green in its formulation, 100% free of toxic materials and scientifically engineered to improve

the energy efficiency of buildings by reducing the indoor temperature by between 10 and 15 degrees, providing huge

reductions in artificial cooling overheads.

ThermoSeal meets the highest performance standards for roof restoration (concrete, metal, or clay) and can be applied to

any wall and roof material. It conforms to any contour, is seamless and adheres to any surface without the use of a primer,

including bitumen torch-on systems. Mechanically and chemically waterproof with a 5 % (max) water uptake and available

in over 200 popular colours.

Weather & Wall

Weather & Wall combines the properties of a plaster primer with an all-weather paint that seals the wall with a polymer based bonding agent, providing a coating that is durable and waterproof.

This unique product offers builders and contractors a whole new solution to cut down on material and labour cost all in one, by using only one product in a double coat roll-on application directly onto raw plastered walls, giving it a finished paint look in any colour required.

We carry a range of 90 standard colours but do match to swatch. Being a waterproof sealant coating and not just a paint, Weather & Wall prevents any damp from entering walls and damp problems in walls are contained to prevent the peeling of paint during the process of osmosis. With its flexible properties hairline cracks disappear and UV stable additives ensure that the colour and weathering of the product is long lasting, giving it a life expectancy of 10 years plus.

Weather & Wall has excellent adhesive properties making it perfect for resurfacing of already damaged walls and with great covering capability it can be used outdoors and indoors, dries very quickly, has no chemical odour or fumes, contains no lead compound, washable after curing and ideal for repainting your whole house. Weather & Wall is pre-mixed in 5 and 20 litre containers and can be applied by spraying or rolling onto walls and other surfaces.

CasaBella

A matt, water resistant (as opposed to waterproof) and washable coating to provide an affordable but equally durable

Repello

Repello sealant is a polymer based product used to seal face brick walls and cladding, as Repello gets absorbed into the substrate and forms a protective film which makes the wall surface water repellent, preventing rainfall damp from penetrating the pipes and joints.

Repello is used to cover surfaces that are pores which results in the surfaces fading or deteriorating in time.

Repello is clear with a slight gloss finish.

Universal Floor Coat

Universal Floor Coat is our versatile waterproof surface sealant that is smooth in texture and is used on walkways, factory floors, road markings, paving and much more.

Universal Floor Coat is flexible, UV stable, non-flammable with high adhesive qualities, all the essentials needed for a top of the range floor covering.

Universal Floor Coat is pre-mixed in a variety of colours with a 7 year colour fast guarantee. The life span of

Universal Floor Coat is dependent on the types of equipment used and the volume of traffic that crosses over the covered area, therefore the variances of application to accommodate heavier traffic flow.

DampEnd

DampEnd is a two part mixed system (dry & liquids) and is applied as a single or double coat application mixed with fibre

and cement as part of the components, mainly used for waterproofing the internal skin of cavity walls, as a barrier coating

in damp repair work or as an adhesion layer over torch-on, bitumen based systems or where exposed brickwork needs to

be filled, replacing the need to do “bag wash” plastering.

Posi Screed

Posi Screed is a combination of aggregates and “add” mixtures to achieve up to 40MPa at 4mm thickness. It has proven to be EPS friendly (Environmentally friendly expanded polystyrene - often abbreviated to EPS) and therefore has afforded us the opportunity to investigate alternative building methods and insulation of existing buildings.

Posi Screed lends itself to an aesthetically pleasing floor finish. Uniquely engineered to be 100% waterproof, flexible and extremely hard. Applied to provide a positive and negative barrier against water.

The 4mm Posi Screed provides a forklift friendly topping on any floor. Used in environments to provide a strong waterproof surface on damaged walls, inside of dams, swimming pools and cement reservoirs. Can be applied with a premixed colour or coated once dry. The flexibility of the screed ensures that the normal surface cracks that appear in traditional methods are not applicable ensuring a great finish for many years.

The 4mm Posi Screed can successfully be used to repair damaged plaster work on existing substrates at a fraction of the cost to re-plaster.

Non-slip Floor Coat

Non-Slip Floor Coat is a similar formulation to Universal Floor Coat, with special additives that provides a high grip to any surface where more traction is required. This product is ideal for “grip strips” on stairs and disabled ramps, especially in wet conditions. With this unique formulation, it still has the qualities such as waterproofing and flexibility. Being adhesion promoted it will bond to most substrates, which lends itself to be used as a textured wall coating that conforms to any contour. More recent studies have shown interest by Interior design companies that favour rough textured surfaces in various applications in newly designed buildings.

ClearCoat

A clear, polymer-based, adhesive-promoted coating that stays clear after curing. Creates a protective film over most porous surfaces, not only sealing the surface but also binding it together in a homogenous structure. Prevents not only water but also oxygen from penetrating, thus preventing substrate weathering and oxidation.

PH

PH is a non-abrasive, acid and chemical resistant waterproof surface sealant that is smooth in texture and is used on walkways, factory floors and work stations. PH is flexible, UV stable, non-flammable with high adhesive qualities, making it a much desired floor coating aimed at the industrial and manufacturing industry.

It is pre-mixed in a variety of colours with a 7 year colour fast guarantee. The life span of PH is dependent on the types of equipment used and the volume of traffic that crosses over the covered area, therefore variances of application to accommodate heavier traffic flow.

Referro Rust Converter

Referro Rust Converter is a chemical solution and/or primer that can be applied directly to a corroded surface to convert iron oxides (rust) into a protective 100% waterproof chemical coating.

The unique formulation interacts with iron oxides, especially iron(III) oxide, converting them into an adherent black layer that is resistant to moisture and protects the surface from further corrosion.

Referro is water-based and UV stable: Referro can be applied as a waterproof final layer or as a primer in conjunction with HydroSeal for a guaranteed hard wearing finish. Referro is safe to use on galvanized metals and/or any metal surfaces i.e. aluminum, copper etc. with no damage to the galvanized item, as experienced with traditional rust converters. Referro is usually applied to objects which are rusted, such as vehicles, trailers, fences, iron railings, sheet metal, and the outside of storage tanks. It may also be used to restore and preserve steel-based items of historical importance.

AquaPond

A two-part (wet & dry) mixed system for aqua life fishponds. Contains zero harmful chemicals that will affect

aqua life. Available in terracotta, black and grey.

SportSeal Smooth & NS

SportSeal Smooth has been successfully used on play surfaces, sport courts and at nursery schools. With its non-abrasive surface finish, it has proven to leave less injuries and a more comfortable play area, allowing learners the opportunity to play barefoot as opposed to in full “kit”.

The product is suitable for indoor and outdoor sports courts and is available in a variety of colours. Studies have shown that vibrant colours, being an attraction to learners, promotes sports activities. It can also be used on walk ways and paved areas to provide additional recreational space.

We also provide SportSeal NS, which is a non-slip surface used in more traction required sports courts. SportSeal NS is a similar formulation to SportSeal Smooth with additives providing a high grip.

Common sports played on this kind of surface are netball and tennis.

AntiBac

AntiBac has been specifically formulated to combat the growth of bacteria and fungi, even in a dry state for a 5 year period.

Tests have shown that Ecoli does not sustain life on this coating for more than 6 hours. The development of this product was specifically aimed at the agricultural industry to prohibit the cross contamination between livestock, especially salmonella, being the biggest contributor of infections. AntiBac is perfectly suited for applications in restaurants, butcheries, laboratories, clean rooms, clinics or wherever the risk of contamination exists.

Salmonella can be removed from these surfaces by using a high pressure wash only (Proven test results). This product is still highly flexible, waterproof, adhesion promoted and eco-friendly, whilst combating the growth of bacteria and fungi. AntiBac can be applied as a wall, floor and roof coating.

By using AntiBac it introduces a massive cost saving for the end user, as fewer chemicals for sterilization of work and preparation areas will be required. An added benefit is that labour cost and down time will also be reduced to an absolute minimum.

Automotive Polymer Lining

Automotive is a smooth polymer lining that is easily applied and user friendly, used for bakkie linings, mudguards, undercarriages and all places that need extra protection from impact and abrasion.

The formulation of Automotive lends itself to be one of the toughest and longer lasting coatings in the automotive industry and remains flexible, UV stable, waterproof and non-flammable.

With a wide range of colours to choose from it is now possible to match this coating as a protective layer to the colour of your vehicle. Being adhesion promoted it adheres to any metal surface with limited preparation to be done. Our product development team are currently formulating coatings with metallic finishes which will be available soon.

It forms a seamless membrane and therefore, water and oxygen is eliminated from the substrate and if maintained corrosion is prevented.

Flex

Flex is a combination of binders to achieve massive elasticity without compromising on our waterproofing capabilities.

Flex is similar in design and formulation to HydroSeal. We still achieve a maximum of 23% water up take over 14 days. This product is ideal for application to surfaces with greater expansion and contraction characteristics.

With a combination of using Flex and HydroSeal as a joint sealer specifically in expansion joints or joining two substrates with different properties together, i.e. metal roof and wall, we ensure 100% waterproofing and a flexible seamless membrane. It is available in 90 standard colours but can be matched to colour swatches.

Plaster Primer

Plaster Primer is used to bond already degraded substrates and seal raw plaster walls where necessary before

the first coat is applied, especially in high damp areas.

TerraFirma

TerraFirma replaces the need for cement and concrete by stabilizing, hardening and waterproofing the soil found and available on site.

TerraFirma was vigorously tested on all soil samples including sea and dune sand types with results equivalent and better than the standards set by utilizing standard building materials at a fraction of the cost of such materials. This remarkable, innovative product has since been used in the construction of all of our sports courts countrywide.

TerraFirma is 100% eco-friendly and in most cases dependent on the method used has a 0% carbon footprint making it the leader in innovative new green construction methods.

ArmTec

Our elastomeric waterproofing systems and coatings were developed to successfully and permanently waterproof almost all surfaces and substrates found in the Civil Engineering and building industry today (residential, commercial and industrial).

Not only do they successfully and seamlessly waterproof your concrete slabs, but do also seamlessly waterproof any parapet and or other structure regardless of the type and diversity of materials and surfaces found on and around concrete slabs. Redoing or repairing concrete slabs is a very costly and time consuming exercise so it is just good practice to seal and waterproof your concrete with a UV stable, colour fast, stain and acid proof product with a long life expectancy, to maintain and prevent future problems, not only slab related but also future water damage related problems to the rest of the structure. Waterproofing with our waterproofing system is a very simple and cost effective process with most applications that can be done in a day, depending on the size of the surface area to be treated.

ArmTec is specifically formulated and engineered to address problems, shortfalls and the short term failure of most waterproofing systems on concrete slabs currently available to the industry.

Bonding Liquid

Bonding Liquid is used as an additive to mixtures of plaster and tile adhesives to ensure greater adhesion and

waterproof qualities.

FillaSeal

FillaSeal is used to prepare surface cracks and holes. We recommend that FillaSeal be used with our wall coating

and waterproofing.

JointSealer

JointSealer is highly elastic and adhesion promoted, specifically used for sealing cracks and joints, being UV

stable it is ideal for using outdoors as well as indoors.
