Ambulance Services Collective Bargaining Act

Essential ambulance services agreement required:  An employer and a trade union who are bound by a collective agreement or who are negotiating a first collective agreement shall negotiate an essential ambulance services agreement. 2001, c. 10, s. 3 (1).
