Olive oil, canola oil and other plant based oils that are rich in unsaturated fats are extremely good for a healthy heart. If you love your heart and want to keep it going for long, opt for plant based oils such as olive oil or canola oil as they are rich in unsaturated fats. Such oils are mono unsaturated fats and are any day healthier than saturated fats as these improve blood cholesterol levels.
