Gum care, as integral as tooth care Don't neglect gums when it comes to taking care of your oral hygiene. Plaque gets accumulated not only in teeth but also in and around gums. Brush your teeth twice and rinse your mouth whenever you eat anything. Bleeding gums while brushing are indicative of infection. Brush around the gum margins with the help of an angled brush. Massage the gums tenderly with finger or soft tooth brush bristles.
