Over the course of 2010, a grassroots effor t was born with the creation of the aspirational narrative of what Anchorage will aspire to be in the year 2025. From this narrative, the initial metrics were chosen to measure how Anchorage compares against the largest cities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The numbers in this repor t represent the preliminary rankings for Anchorage in each category.

AIRPORT ECONOMIC IMPACT

The economic impacts ANC has on Anchorage in terms of revenue, jobs, and local spending while also taking an in-depth look at cargo capacity and ANC’s place in the larger US Cargo picture.

2011 CEDS UPDATE

The 2nd Annual update to the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the Municipality of Anchorage.

AEDC ANNUAL 3-YEAR ECONOMIC OUTLOOK

Released in July, the outlook tracks recent-past and future economic trends as reflected by six key economic indicators.
